Forgot to enter. Incidentally, I would have said Errigal. Too late for me to enter?
Carrickmores defeat has cleaned out a few! Nice win by Omagh :)
22 runners in the ACL Div 1 Last Man Standing
Carrickmore ended the hopes of - St Pauls, Norf, O Neill, Gaffer, Clarshack and Nothingbettertobeat.
Killyclogher ended Randy Duprees interest and two fairly crazy blinkered hometown calls brought an end to Trileacman and rrhf.
Of the thirteen people still left, 4 took Coalisland, 2 took Ardboe, 2 took Greencastle (brave call), 2 took Moy, 2 took Errigal (Ziggy, as you're an administrator i'll take your late entry) and 1 took Omagh
Next round is 1st Sunday in May
fecking Carmen!! >:(
anybody wanna shed light on what happened carmen yday? thought Brian Gormley would have got them going the year.it appears another baron year for them the year going by ydays result.

I have been trying to figure this out from the end of the match yesterday. I dont think the result or more importantly our performance is a true reflexion of where we are at at the minute. We cant have become that bad in just 1 season. We had quite a few missing, namely conor Gormley, Johnny Munroe, Colm McGurk, Niall Loughran, Mickey Slane, Mickey McCallan Peadar McMahon and Paul Hughes who i all think should be starting but this does not excuse the lack of hunger or pride which is traditional with teams from carrickmore. Thankfully it is early in the season and alot of issues can be addressed and as they say "theres no medals handed out at this stage of the season".

i still cant get my head around the result. been a massive disappointment around carrickmore last night after that result yesterday, Eglish have a whole host of men away travelling themselves.Pressure could be on early days up there bearing in mind they have to travel to Donaghmore clonoe and errigal in the next three games
Why the hell should Ziggy get another go... for correctly predicting a winner after the event? Needs shot with a ball of his own dung for the sheer cheek. Cant believe that..

Lost his very first game in charge and you have him and the whole team written off for the entire year?!! Step away from the keyboard.

Maybe he is trying to have them peak for the championship in August rather than peaking in May?

Nobody said anything about them winning a league yday, my point being a side with the culture and prestige that they have after not winning a Tyrone title since 2005 i sort of thought under Brian Gormley they would be right back up there as one of the teams to beat i was keenly looking out for their result yday.
Was that Carmens first senior game on the fancy new pitch?

I picked Errigal in another Last Man Standing competition last week, so there! :P
Add the the players named missing from Carmens team on Sunday Gaby McCallan and Ciaran McAleer and Ed Fox who have all pulled the . It was very much an experimental side with a few lads being tried in different positions as well. It wasnt heart beat them as being suggested but complete lack of experience against the wind. Remember Carmen nor Dromore cannot win the league so.....

I thought it was a 1 year ban.

id be surprisedif its two years. hopefully its not as makes a bit of a farce of the full thing
Either club can win the league this year. The only two-year aspect was that neither club can host the tie between the two at home, hence two years of the fixture at a neutral venue.
Aye the garvaghy gate they called it. Well at least we will have a real league title race this year.

Ironically, that would be a good neutral venue, half way between the two clubs.
I see Conor Gormley as the heartbeat of that Carrickmore team - no team in Tyrone would bear out losing a player of his stature. As for Last man standing this week Im going for Derry .
