Who would be favourite for the Sigerson?

UCD again I hear. Not sure who won the league but on paper UCD are top dogs

UCC won the league and beat UCD in the quarter final.

Who'd they beat in final. Im hearing that UCD a are top on paper
Beat DCU by a point.

At 3/1 Paddy Power have UCD favourites to retain the Sigerson cup. DCU and UUC are next at 7/2.

I predicted Liverpool to be City's closest challengers before a ball was kicked this season. The manner of Liverpool's win in the Derby last week and winning a number of other games without playing well and solid defensively is a sign that 2019 could be Liverpool's year.

A rare comfortable home win for United today and could have scored 7 or 8 goals against a very poor Fulham team, early days yet but Dalot is looking like a long term option at full back. 6th in the table now and that's where United will likely finish the season. Pogba not used today will add more fuel to the fire of his exit rumours.

Strange yet interesting.

BBC News - Consecrated virgins: 'I got married to Christ'

I don't quite understand how they differentiate themselves from Nuns.

Same here and plenty of nuns nowadays do not live in enclosed communities or wear special clothes anymore.

Why do GAA players have to announce retirement statements ?

Never understand this . It's not  a professional game.
Retirements are not only tied up to a professional game.

Only a few GAA players give statements when they retire. In the main county board PROs announce players retirements and wish them well in their future endeavors and i see no problem with that because over the years they have given great service to their county teams.

"We stayed ahead of teams with more potential than us". Mourinho today on United finishing 2nd last season.

Does he realize that he is managing Man United and not Stoke City and how poor United have regressed this season?

His agent has given him the kiss of death by saying he's staying long term. The business men running the club will without a doubt be sacking Jose if United don't have champions league football for next season.

Matic wasn't close to MOTM, He played better tonight but at least 5 United players played better than him.

The manner of the two goals conceded by United tonight sums up the season they are having. Errors aside United played their best football for the first hour but for the last 20 mins only Arsenal looked like scoring a 3rd goal. Jose subs made no impact at all and his tactics for the final 20 minutes was very poor.

Those Spice Girls xmas no 1's were all annoying as feck. And it's only looking back now you rememberhow feckin' annoying they were.

Santa Claus is coming to town by the Jackson 5 is another annoying song. Mickey J had one annoyingly squeaky voice as a youngster.

Young Michael singing alone was far better. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jj_8yT0XkyU

Jose Mourinho Shows Curious Honesty In Writing Off United's Season

From saying before the Crystal Palace game that United would by top four by the end of this year to now a miracle needed to finish 4th. No doubt he's asking to get sacked but i don't think the business men running the club will play ball just yet.

Finally.... i fancy Gweedore to go all the way. If they go easy on the sauce over the winter they're as good as anyone left in it.

6/1 there are if you really fancy them.

Thats a huge blow for Kildare with Daniel Flynn not around next year.

Just shows you how realistic the intercounty footballers are about their counties chances in the current climate.

I think it shows studying for a masters comes before amateur game and this summer is probably the only time to go traveling for a few months as he gets himself a full time job.

Southampton in 2015,16,17 finished 6th,7th and 8th in the EPL. At the weekend Mark Hughes said something along the lines of they can't expect to be doing much better and to expect another relegation battle on their hands this season. I'd say once listening to that the board said thanks Mark but i think we'll replace you with a manager with a bit more ambition.
