It was fairly obvious Red Ranger was another incarnation of a banned poster. I PM'ed him to tell him that I knew who he was, and was willing to let him stay as he is a decent poster on other issues, as long as he discontinued his personal abuse on another poster. He agreed, but yesterday evening went back on that agreement.

He is now banned again, and any other versions of this user will also be banned immediately, under persistant breach of Rule 1 - Personal Abuse.
