I see this complained about a lot. I don't understand. What's the problem? I didn't know there was a right way to do this.

What's worse is when you have your hand held out to take the change and they put it on the counter.

Why do you need to get the coins off the receipt? One manoeuvre - coins and receipt into pocket.
