U21s lost 1-7 to 8 against tipp last sat, they were missing 8-9 lads on senior panel & on colleges teams. Think this will be a good team when they have everyone. They have good draw in championship louth 1st round away & then winners of carlow/wicklow at home, if they get through that a semi final against winner of dublin/meath..

Rosenallis vs Emo/Courtwood/The Rock q.final
Killeshin/Crettyard vs St joes/Barrowhouse q.final
Portlaoise Vs Graiguecullen s.final

presume this is the situation, as the laois gaa website is acting up when i try to go into u/21 as per usual. Hard to look past Portlaoise/Graigue for this.

Didnt give them a pray the first day, like the way they showed no fear of portlaoise. First time in a long while i never seen portlaoise with a good goal chance in a game. If emo play with same believe as last day give them a chance.

hats off to emo thought they had it when they went 5 up, All over the field emo won there battles but portlaoise wore them down only for tuohy they would of won. Which is another issue dont think a professional athlete should be allowed play in our amateur sport imo. But was great to witness a county final which is in the balance throughout, roll on next saturday evening.

very disappointed with timahoe thought they were poor when the game was there to be won. Clonaslee on the other hand played some good football and got real momentum from there goal & were full value for there win. Annanough/Courtwood game very stop/start game a lot of injuries in it probably didn't help, Thought Courtwood deserved something out of it. Scullys intervention for goal was serious knowing well he'd be written off difference between winning & losing.

the most successful counties in the recent past certainly have had managers from within there county, this is definitely the right move for us imo, best of luck to mick & his management team. Hopefully they get some money from anywhere & start doing things right. Any word on minor manager for next year? think conroy is back with u/21s.

I think this is a positive move as he was over the minors last year, This surely is the first step in the football setup in county being overhauled. I think is more important we get our underage setup back up and running properly plenty of talent in our county to work with. On the senior team mick will have them fit and in there correct positions as opposed to last year imo.

two interesting semi-finals thinking the winner of the Timahoe/Clonaslee game should win it. Clonaslee could be without darren hogan according to reports would be a big loss for them. Courtwood forward play was impressive against portlaoise Luke Doyle very good for them, Look dodgy at the back but very capable of beating annanough.

Maybe see your point, but if your getting to quarter finals of senior championships, Players & team management deserve good quality officials.

Eddie Kinsella is doing a relegation playoff instead of a quarter final this weekend only in laois.

jason ryan = TOF. Dont see any difference. Joe Higgins or Chris Conway or Mick Lillis or a combination of them in a management team imo

Arles Killeen, Portlaoise, Kilcruise after replay & Josephs. Still hard to see past Portlaoise would not like killeen to win it with all there transfer activities.
