Tyrone had small numbers in portlaoise v Cork as well compared to recent years....

Monagahan and Kildare made up 20000 of that crowd yesterday id say there wasny 600 from Kerry there .

They were very poor yesterday but I fully expect them to beat Monagahn by 6 or 7 points!

Itís a pity David Murphy didnít have more days in a Laois shirt he was ports best player last year despite being probably their oldest. Jason Moore was one who would of been involved only for commitments with the army or navy .

Jason Moore with the white ankle socks white boots and the nice tan.....He can fairly move thought to be fair to him.

Never thought he would be good enough for county.

Byrne is one i hope comes back well he was a fine football from Port

There is five or six youngesters with Portlaoise that should be brought in next year some already named here but there are others!

The Jerseys were a disaster!...Even on the radio they were giving out!

Whos rob tyrell playing for this year

Iíd be more worried about the amount of goal chances we are allowing teams than focusing on our keepers performance . Itís a bad sign when your keeper is one of the busiest keepers the country.

You need not worry too much sure your a Kildare man!!!!(No point in posting anymore under this name mate)

They will be all even games apart from the Ballyfin v Portlaoise game which result in probably one of the biggest beatings ever in championship football.
Any chance Ballyfin might concede that game and move straight to Round 2? I hear they might have both Sean Moore and James Finn from Round 2 onwards.

Couldn't see anyone conceding a game in the senior championship but I think they will be missing their 5 best players from last years team in the first round not sure on who they might have back but Finn is in Dubai I think!

Seen them once in the league and they had the look of a junior team not even sure if they got a manager I think one of the players is managing the team!

This has the potential to be a cracker.

Monaghan got it hard to shake of a stubborn Laois on Sunday but made it hard for the O'moores to get scores with their intensity in the tackle etc.

Kildare shipped 18 points to Fermanagh all be it when the game was won.

Looking at both games I think Monaghan will have too much for them.

The newbridge or nowhere thing has got the Lillys back on board tho for about 4 years the support had left them now they are fully back on the bandwagon and ready for croker Sunday!

I fancy Stradbally Ballylinan Joes Clonaslee Kileen O Dempseys and Port to win the other games.

Killeshin and Ballyfin will struggle this year with Ballyfin to go down.

Portlaoise to win who with 9 lads after being involved at some point of another will cruise to another title probably getting their best game off O Dempseys or Joes!

Watch out for Matthew Costello a superb footballer

My team was close im surprised with Glynn for donogher but not a bad change either .

Karl o connell is a big part of their game with his blistering pace carrying the ball forward i hope we have someone detailed to curb that .
Drew Wylie and kieran hughes not starting for them must give us a massive boost .

Conor Boyle must be targeted inside .

I see the bookies have closed the odds to 9/2 now after the line ups were announced .

This might just be tighter than people think .

Big crowd from Laois going now it seems after slow sales in tickets early in the week .

Anyone know of any decent bars up there its a town i havent ever had a pint in
