GAA Discussion / Who will be Tyrone's new manager?
August 04, 2007, 06:33:52 PM
Surely after another inept performance this year, Mickey Harte must now step down. After the embarrassment of last season (including the almighty humbling at home to archrivals Derry), Tyrone stumbled to an Ulster this year and have just been totally outplayed by a mediocre Meath team. If it were not for a lucky goal, Tyrone could have got a real hammering this evening.

So who are the candidates for the job?

From bbc.co.uk/ni

Bus driver is robbed by gunmen

A bus driver has been robbed at gunpoint in Londonderry.
He was threatened by two masked men when he stopped to pick up a passenger in the Belmont area on Thursday night.

The robbers got away with just over £100. Bill Telford, from Ulsterbus, said it was a terrifying ordeal for the driver and passengers.

"This is something we thought we'd got away from, it was a horrifying experience. The diver's experienced, but he's in a state of shock," he said.

"We had only two passengers on the bus at the time, there was no warning and we've had no incidents like this for a long time."

----Surely theyre just asking for trouble, what with allowing a diver to drive a bus
