It's a crazy setup. The players who havent been involved with the Laois teams are getting 5/6 games max all year - and then they wonder why they're losing players at this age. Some are getting even less than that.  Absolute joke

Courtwood flying the flag again fair play to them.
5 St Paul's lads involved which is great to see and a couple others missing. Young side, think there's 7/8 of the starting team U17. Good win to start the year, fair play to them

Heard The Heath voted through the amalgamation with Timahoe last night but afterwards got word that there's now some problem with it from the Timahoe end?

The Heath are losing a serious amount of players that are heading abroad apparently

Of course not, that's common sense. Neither does letting his contract run down and lose him for nothing even though he's probably not worth much more than that the way he's played this year

Not sure where to start with that. But you seem to believe Henderson is a good player, Klopp is a good manager, and it was a good decision to extend the already lengthy contract of a shit keeper then drop him in order to maximise his resale value lol.

The unique delusions of my fellow Liverpool supporters.
Where did I say drop him in order to maximise his resale value? Read whats there before spouting more rubbish.
Henderson is playing well, Klopp is a top manager that we were very lucky to get considering the state we were in. The delusion is this whole debate is coming from you and your constant rubbish ramblings

I haven't noticed much if any criticism of Klopp from other Liverpool supporters here. They keep telling me he's a world class manager, a genius etc.

Lol at one small issue by the way. There are numerous baffling decisions this clown has made which point to his incompetence.

Caulker as striker

Milner at left back

Both keepers

Giving Mignolet a lengthy new contract

Henderson still playing

Complete failure to address defensive problems

Wasting money on players who were either not needed(Wijnaldum), overpriced (Mané) or both.

The list goes on and on.
Caulker as striker - not the best decision but show me a manager who's never done similar late in a game

Milner at left back - far better option than Moreno

Both keepers - Mignolet was there when he arrived, the other is 23 and has played probably 10 games. Hasn't looked great in fairness but Klopp knew of him before he arrived so he obviously sees something. Give him time.

Giving Mignolet a lengthy new contract - in fairness that was probably a business move. Contract runs out, get nothing for him. Tie him to a few years, keeps some resale value. He wont see past next summer

Henderson still playing -  this ones a joke right?

Complete failure to address defensive problems - definitely something that hasn't been sorted

Wasting money on players who were either not needed(Wijnaldum), overpriced (Mané) or both - both of whom are having very good seasons so far. Wasn't keen on the Wijnaldum one myself but he's done very well I think. Mane was a good signing. When buying from English sides the prices are always inflated

15 games in and we're in 3rd place having only lost 2 games, be it bad ones against sides we should be beating. In that time we've played Arsenal, Utd, Spurs and Chelsea, lost none. Things could be a lot worse. One things for sure you cant argue that Klopp's a huge improvement on managers we've had lately and the football is so much better to watch...be it I've no nails left from watching us trying to defend at times

So say Timahoe and The Heath do join, they'll play as a Gaels team in the Senior Championship. Timahoe will still have their team in the Intermediate and The Heaths non-selected players will have to make do with playing in the Junior. Then next year if Timahoe happened to win the Intermediate the amalgamation would break up and The Heath would have to go calling on the lads that they didn't want to come back and play Senior again - is this right?

The Agreement will be only a year in duration?
No I mean if Timahoe win Intermediate and go back Senior does it end then or what happens?

The Heath and Timahoe amalgamation seems to be almost done. That will be a very strong senior team if they can work together. Heard a another Gaels is almost done too, ( a strange combination in terms of geography!! ) Most lads who want senior football will get exposure now anyway.
How does something like this actually work can someone explain? I mean with regards to where they train and play, who manages, what happens the extra players that wouldn't make the new panel etc

They held the U17 & U18 trials together. Narrowed it down to 50 last week and they'll work with them until January and narrow it down more then. Don't know who's in & out but heard the manager was only at 1 of the 3 trials......
