As I said before, it is hard to see how you can prove something 20 years ago beyond reasonable doubt, I doubt there were witnesses other than his wife.
Hearing other cases the PPS didn't prosecute due unlikelihood of conviction even when there is evidence, they must feel there's a high chance of conviction based on what ever evidence they have. No?
I've no idea myself - I'm doing a lot of reading between the lines and may well be getting it wrong.
Today was the 1st appearance. I'd be shocked if the PPS even have the full file yet let alone have made a decision. It would be unusual for them to have the full file yet particularly if the allegations only surfaced in March.
Quote from: Armamike on April 24, 2024, 01:43:04 PMLooks like Slot in for Klopp. I don't know too much about him, but that doesn't mean much.
Quote from: screenexile on April 24, 2024, 09:04:43 PMThought Derry made hard work of that it should have been more comfortable.
Should make for an interesting final although I thought Tyrone were just that bit better in the earlier fixture hopefully we can up it.

Crazy Little Thing Called Love, just a genius song. Plenty of songs have wanted to be it. But nothing sounds like it.
Not sure anyone could really leave Bohemian Rhapsody out. It and Queen are symbiotic.

Does that mean turning a blind eye to what was going on?
I've noticed that none of the papers are referring to him as ''Sir''
Does he still get paid as a MP etc.?
Quote from: 5times5times on April 24, 2024, 05:06:59 PMClub offering in our committee whatsapp 5 tickets for Gerry Arthur Stand on Sat... Weirdly still free. Maybe fellow Down fans don't want another soaking!
Are the lower sections covered from the rain? The AO/BO/CO/DO/EO sections etc?
Or just the section behind?

Yes, I went in 2018 (I Think) and it was amazing. It was just me and my now wife so no kids, and I think the type of holiday we done kids would find it pretty boring, so take that into consideration.
Flew into Pisa, hired a car and travelled down to a town called Castiglione della Pescaia, we loved it here. It is a lovely seaside town, not touristy at all, but clearly a place favoured among Italians for a weekend trip or staycation.
From there we headed inland to Pienza (small walled town, with stunning surroundings and scenery) and Montepulciano for a vineyard visit.
We then headed north to San Gimignano, stayed in a local Agriturismo, which was a nice experience, they produced their own olive oil and wine.
The food on the trip was stunning throughout, as was the scenery and the locals all very friendly (we found that if you make a small effort to speak Italian they warm very quickly to you).
Driving was abit nuts however, luckily we avoided any accidents, but the locals are very fast, and lack lane discipline even on blind corners.
Also done a night in Pisa, which has nothing in it bar the tower, have to get the picture, but I'd avoid staying any longer than the time it takes to visit it.
We stayed clear of the bigger cities, but thats just our preference.
Overall we loved it.

Anyone giving us a punchers chance?
I see the game isn't being televised? On BBc or Rte?
Has this every happened for a Ulster semi final before, why would all games including prelim be on and not the Semi final?
Is it expected to be 1 sided and not worth the viewing?
GAAGO are showing it
Is that place not a total dive ?

Would you want to be stuck around your local GP surgery if you were having a heart attack? Or be in a hospital?
