Romo's a pretty great colour commentator. When you see the concussion issues and his own injuries he definitely made a good call retiring early, he can do this stuff for as long as he wants.

No wonder Mularkey was in danger of being fired. Pathetic play-calling. Mariota's legs kept him in a job this year and nothing else.

Harsh.....tbf what was expected of them. Made the playoffs and got a playoff win on the road. One thing I never really got, play calling, how much is the head coach, always hear bout bellichick but how many plays does he actually call or how much is purely down to patricia and mcdaniels

You can assume whatever the play-calling hierarchy the HC has a veto when it comes to a critical 4th down play like that one.
