The dialogue in the opening scene of Reservoir Dogs is the best I've seen. Intermission sticks in my mind too and of course Pumpkin and Honey Bunny in Pulp Fiction.

It was the opening scene of the film until the Bono brigade managed to get the pub bombing scene imposed  in first, before the opening credits.

Intermission still takes a lot of beating, not a pleasant opening but, it makes you jump.

Intermission, I shouted "oh my sweet f**k" and then laughed my head off first time, while feeling terrible about it. Brilliant movie.
