neighbours is making a debut on C5 next monday. there is an article with the channel's managing director of content at......http://www.perfectblend.net/features/interview-opie3.htm

there's also a documentary about the show on C5 on sunday evening at 6pm

can't wait. five have done such an amazing job in promoting neighbours!!! all respect ot five!!!

Beginning of a new era today, Neighbours moves to Channel 5 after 20 years on the BBC.

Two shows at 1.45pm and 5.30pm, with repeats on Five Live and an omibus at the weekends.

There was an hour long show last night on Channel 5, celebrating the move. A look back over the last 20 years of the programme and clips of future episodes. Looks to be a heart breaking story coming up involving Susan Kennedy. They also interviewed some of the cast and toured with Fletch on his Waiting List tour of the UK last year.

Even the Channel 5 ident in the corner of the screen was upside down for the duration of the programme, which was a nice touch.

I do feel that Channel 5 will be giving this great programme the respect it deserves, certainly more than the BBC.

I never get to see neighbours anymore because of work. This is great news for the likes of me. Does anyone know what time the omnibus is on at the weekends?
