The GPA is a totally elitist organisation increasing the distance between clubs and counties. Clubs have no rights these days and needs to be a Club Association to reclaim that. So many examples of were clubs rights are trampled on. In Tyrone clubs are treated like cash cows by the county board.

Brutal. I watched a few of those sketches and didn't even come close to laughing. Cringeworthy.

Give it time and maybe will bed in. i was dispointed as well but hopeing it will grow on us I suppose.

No idea as I hear he is rarely there. Point is that clubs like Carrickmore and Omagh must have no faith in their own people to be running shelling out a fortune to Armagh and Derry men. Like all the great players with years of championship experience Carrickmore have and Dinky and all these top youth coaches in Omagh. ffs!

Is good that teams with home managers not forking out a load of money on managers are winning the O'Neill Cup and getting to league final.

It's good too that some of them Killyman and Brackaville men are getting a shot at a division one league medal now as well. Fair play.

McGahan has lived in Coalisland for years as far as I know tho I do hear him and Early are getting about  £14,000 each  ;)

Holy God. That is desperate news. Strange with all the twisting and arguing and not knowing posters still feel an affinity with them. God rest Him.

Any predictions for the matches tomorrow? I'll go with dromore by 5+ points, and omagh by 1

Don't give up the day job. Went to see Fianna today... very impressive. Wasn't at game in Ulster but seen them in other matches and best I've seen. O'Hagan took McCarron to the cleaners. Mickey Harte could be looking at a few Fianna players soon as Dromore seemed to be well up for this one and pretty much full strength tho Fabian not there and Shane mcMahon out for a while.  Was some hits went in alrite.

That was their aspiration and is certainly a very two tier system county V club player. I think in the current climate they know they haven't a hope of being professional tho Sean Og was very clear about the need to turn pro. Still a £25,000 car ain't bad, the annual 'grant' and the world revolving around county football ain't bad.

I thought the material was fairly good but the delivery was poor. He needs to work on his acting skills, but I have the feeling he doesn't have any.

Quote from: longrunsthefox on November 06, 2010, 12:42:10 AMPeople rave now about James Young

They do?

Well, there would be glass tinted views of him by those who remember back that far. Still some of it was funny I suppose.

Well the game is defintely NOT at 12! FFS talk about waste of a drive.  >:(

Who's behind this latest act of genius?

Looks like Omagh men don't talk to their women. A mess.

He meant to score and I heard him say it would come off once in a hundred efforts. Can't see why it should be diminished. Great goal.

Heard that too, Paddy Crozier reckoned they were missing several players, kind of shows the Omagh top table up too, what did they really do to try and get the game changed and how serious were they of getting it moved, There delegate at the county board never spoke up at the county meeting about the game earlier in the week. some of them officials should do the honourable thing an piss off back to their own clubs, ie Dromore, Trillick etc, Time for Omagh people to take control of their club again it would appear. Omagh supporters should be at Healy Park today and not Dunmoyle.

Is it true CCC offered to move Omagh game to 12 o'clock to accomodate the ladies  and they moved it back to 2pm, after all their whinging.
