Cheers.
What about the Dell stuff?
I have a Dell Latitude myself that I bought second hand on ebay 2 years ago and I find it great but it would be a lot more powerful than the one I would be getting her.
Would a Penitum processor be much of an upgrade on the Celeron one she has or would I be better off getting her an i3 one for the sake of another 70 or 80 quid.
It's windows 7 she has on the current laptop.

At the level of use it sounds like your mother would be at I'd not be getting caught up too much in what processor is just make sure it has decent amount of RAM

Acer and Lenovo usually do pretty reliable budget laptops, you would probably get one that would suit your mothers needs for €300ish...  I recently found that Argos were keener than Pc World or the like for same spec machines... Also if your mother has no experience of Windows 8 avoid like the plague (or avail straight away of free upgrade to 10) its the most counter intuitive thing ever compared to previous Windows versions..

Given that Teddy went through the same process exactly two weeks previous he should of had some clue where he was supposed to go etc??

Teddy says that himself. I think he was in the right place first off, and the fact he was sent back there at the end would suggest the same.

Teddy was de facto tried, found guilty and sanctioned by security, as evidenced by the 'go away and come back in an hour' statement.

If security was anyway important they would hire staff from further along the evolutionary chain, but they don't.

Sounds to me like you have tried and found guilty the security without knowing all of the facts...

As usual very quiet on here after a United win.
Are you having a go at fans of other clubs?
I was just thinking it's very quiet on here from Man U fans.

Personally I just wait for experts like your good self to tell me what I'm thinking...

It's like that in here, either quiet or barking mad..

Watched a right bit of u21 game tonight, Wilson and Lingard both still on after about 70mins... That would suggest neither will play much part on Wed night. Pity..

He has a valid point - the GAA should be looking after and running Masters football and hurling.
+1

And not accepting professional killers into the association either.

Lads was it not widely forecast that it was to pish for most of Sunday? #amateurhour  :D

Not by my accu weather app that is genuinely spot. Checked before I left the house, chance of a shower round 5pm it said. Took the risk and a light jacket.  >:(

My Weather Channel App knew the score, 80% chance of rain from 2PM on. Mind you I still watched the game in my shirt sleeves ;-)#softseats

Lads need some advice heading to Dublin Saturday night staying in a friends house - want to sample the atmosphere out and about on saturday for a short time - one of the mates bringing his 10year old and I think it would be nice for him to see the buzz about the city late evening. Where would be best to go to? Somewhere in O'Connell street? Would like somewhere where I could have a couple of beers - probably a hotel would be best I was thinking as I don't think the 10yo would get into coppers!  ;D

O Connell st  on a.Saturday night is too rough for a ten year old. Head for the croke park hotel. That will be lively and often seems to have kids around. Mick Wallaces.restaurant just up jones rd.is a.great Italian if.your looking for grub and caters.for.kids too.

Not sure of the location of the OPs lodgings but you could do worse than spent a couple of hours in the late afternoon/evening at the Kilmacud 7s. I think the final is scheduled usually between 6 and 7PM and there is always a good buzz around it til about 9PM.

Many the happy evenings we had at it before heading on to a messy night in town....

I assume to install Kodi onto Firestick I need to insert the Fire Stick into my laptop's HDMI port?

And then when Kodi and the add ons are loaded I can move back to my TV?

And for any future add ons I assume that I need to install from the laptop again?

No you do it wirelessly with firestick in tv... Theres an app that does most of the work for you, its name is adbfire I think. There are loads of youtube videos detailing the procedure..

Double fracture of his right leg, hopefully clean breaks well above his ankle. I see he has taken to Twitter already, I guess the gas they gave him was good...

Mah.. U won't win much when you give away two bad goals like that.. But pales into insignificance against the backdrop of a fella getting a bad injury like that. Poor tackle :-(

Always nice to beat Liverpool but still a way to go before you could be happy with the performances. I was surprised at Liverpools lack of ambition in the 1st half but once they had decided on the "smaller team" approach United did what they have done for the best part of 2 years and huffed and puffed, passed sideways and retained possession without ever looking like doing any harm to opposition goal. Had the training ground move not worked at the start of the 2nd half would the game have meandered on in the same manner for another 45 mins?
