Took me a while, but got them all. To be honest, I didn't understand a couple.

It is possible to finish it simply by trial and error but my thick wit wouldn't let me write in the last couple til I understood why they were right :-)

I saw this SpecSavers ad yesterday in Malahide train station and it nearly drove me mad last night and this morning but I've eventually got them all. Some are extremely cryptic and the last couple I probably wouldn't have got only for the process of elimination. There is also the chance to win All Ireland tickets..

Steve Bruce has apparently just resigned as Hull City manager.

Will he get the Sunderland gig again or did he burn his bridges last time?

Finished 4-1 I guess that's our Champions Cup dreams over for another year...

I managed to miss United's goal scored by Mkhitaryan..

2-0 to Dortmund at ht, they look miles ahead of United in terms of fitness levels at this stage.

Bailly looks very comfortable on the ball and Mkhitaryan looks a bit like Ross from Friends..

There are also much more low tech options to getting a fairer rate than banks/bureau

It's just that simple, is it?

Pogba is a cracking footballer but as of now, he's no brand.

I'd disagree strongly there, he's one of the most marketable players in world football currently. Interestingly I see United are attempting to buy his image rights as well much the same as they have done with Rooney in the past

TBH i wouldn't bet my wages on it but from following Celtic over the years the only thing that guaranteed them from avoiding the big guns in the last round was being seeded, other than that i'm not 100% sure. I doubt very much Dundalk would be seeded and that's why if they were successful (hopefully are) then they'd be drawn against some of the big guns but again i'm not certain

There is now a Champions and a non champions side to the draw. Dundalk now play BATE Borisov and if they win (unlikely) they would play a winner from these other ties

Olympiacos (GRE) v Hapoel Beer-Sheva (ISR)
Astra Giurgiu (ROU) v FC København (DEN)
Ludogorets Razgrad (BUL) v Crvena zvezda (SRB)
Rosenborg (NOR) v APOEL (CYP)
Dinamo Zagreb (CRO) v Dinamo Tbilisi (GEO)
BATE Borisov (BLR) v Dundalk (IRL)
Partizani (ALB) v FC Salzburg (AUT)
Trenčín (SVK) v Legia Warszawa (POL)
Astana (KAZ) v Celtic (SCO)
Viktoria Plzeň (CZE) v Qarabağ (AZE)

Looks like Big Sam is getting the England gig, fair play to him. I'm sure I'll be in the minority but I quite like him..

So, I'm off all next week and want to go somewhere...only problem is that can't recruit anyone to head away with!

Any suggestions of a european city which would be decent and plenty to do for singelton's?

Geniune answers only...please lol

Brussels . Stayed there some  years ago and used the train station there as a base to visit  plenty of towns and cities for daytrips in Belgium itself France, Holland and even Germany.  Got a eurorail type pass before I left which was excellent value.

Brussels is nice, was there this time last year actually and like you say easy to get to other places from but would you really want to go to it in the current environment?

What you guys think about the offer of Man Utd to Pogba?
Ridiculous. It's expected with Woodward still over the transfers.

Would he be cheaper if Woodie wasn't in charge?

Three times on Sunday the referee in Castlebar stopped the goalie from quickly kicking out the ball because there was a second ball on the field right beside the end line. Each time there was an umpire within a few metres of the ball, but they just stood there looking at the ball. The mind boggles

This!
Ironically, I heard that an intercounty referee at the weekend ran in to tell his umpires not to go looking for a second ball and to stay and do the job they're supposed to do.

Nothing wrong with that.

Yeah, its not the umpires job to keep balls at the post.
