He shouldn't have went for that tackle but I still think he got the ball. The ball changed direction and I just don't see how it would have without that tackle touching the ball

The red card was ridiculous(as in what was he thinking and the complaining like that too)and as for xavi being sent off well that's just embarrassing. All that being said I still hope they win as not a big fan of psg.

Sending off was idiocy then complaining he was innocent. Was it just me or did cancelo touch the ball?

What do you mean by what has happened since?

Runners can be a big factor with ITB so definitely worth pursuing that avenue minimum.

I still do wonder whether it is ITB as I have had it(though not to that degree) and it has never caused swelling. Physio better placed to answer that.

Never heard of the quest series...

Even if you have to take time off try to substitute longer stuff etc with cross training. You can substitute a right bit with cycling or cross training. Not the same but would be a massive help in the event of any layoff.

;D  Everyone is different skull. To classify an entire grouping of people is a bit much IMO. Not everyone with transgender things look or behave the same - same as anything.

I don't think IT band syndrome would cause swelling - it would cause you the pain right enough. Just to double check - what's the status of your shoes?

Strengthening would be more round your glute med so the band stuff MR says there would help.

Whatever about the whys and wherefores JK Rowling is fairly doubling down on it.

Anyone calling anyone "freaks" needs to take a look at themselves tbh.

I would say Wexford Louth will be a better watch. Louth one up at half time with the wind in their favour second half. They scored the last 1-3 of the half.

Wexford look pretty good here. Four up.

Antrim / Re: Antrim Football Thread

Yeah it was a reasonable post. I never thought we were a million miles of down but didn't think we could beat them.

Hopefully the players get sent back to their clubs for a bit and we get a few players back from injury and some fitter. Would love to see Loughran and Johnston fit for the half forward line.

Stallion, sorry trailer, will be back I'm sure. Crypto isn't performing massively - if it surges upwards he'll come in and tell us.

Commentators shouting for that penalty. He left the leg in - sneaky enough - but then Kane always at that too.

Modric still got it.

If foden has a bad injury big blow to city. Likely best player this year.

Foden some operator. Let him on his left with a bit of space and you're stuffed.
