The Mirror reporting that Ryan Mason is fighting for his life after that clash of heads in Chelsea/Hull game today... http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/ryan-mason-suffers-fractured-skull-9674938?x

Hopefully it's tabloid overreaction  :-\

It Mourinho had pushed a 4th official and United had scored a penalty to win in the 98th minute I'd say the internet would be broken today....

Wenger in bother I'd say..

Talk is a two game touchline ban which seems lenient. Mourinho has being warned about future conduct, hence the bans. Media outcry against Mourinho is true to a certain degree but there are journalists in Mourinho's pocket and same applies to Wenger. Journalists wear their team colours at time.

Surprised this wasn't posted on here somewhere today

Good lad.

He's right but this has been happening for nigh on 20 years. Average age of a season ticket holder at OT is a lot older than it was 25 years ago and its the young that tend to make more noise. Fans just don't make enough noise sitting down as they do standing up.

Fuzzman

Looking at Liverpool's attendances for all their home league games they tend to be in around the 54K mark with capacity at just 54K.
According to BBC Sports there were 31.8K there on Wed night so well down on the average but week games tend to be like that anyway where you don't get as many fans from outside the city travelling and rarely the foreign fans.

A few years so I was over at the Athl Bilbao v Barcelona match and the smaller Spanish clubs seem to really make it a family day out with the mum, dad and kids all going along to enjoy the game. The stadium was packed of course as it was a huge game for Bilbao. However, last year I was at the Madrid derby and whilst there was a huge crowd at the game there was hardly any atmosphere. So many tourists like ourselves there who don't know any of the songs and so not a great atmosphere except for the fans behind the goals.

Are the attendances in Italy and France not very poor?

If you want "atmosphere" Fuzz man go to a Blues v Vile game.
Proper old fashioned naked hate and aggression.

Jaysus I can't imagine there was only 31 thousand there on Wednesday. That seems ridiculous. Sure Wolves is a sell out this weekend too. I'd say you're mistaken with that number.
