You have to let him get relegated, if that's what it took, right? He surely had earned the right to try and get them out of this. I hope they go down now.

Yes! I'd imagine the effort to win the Premier League with a small squad, coupled with Champions league fixtures has taken more than it's tole this season.

SHEEDY

Crazy. Hopefully they get relegated.

Don't agree AZ that he had to be let get relegated, as unpalatable as it is if the players weren't playing for him ultimately he's the one who has to fall on his sword. A few of the players should be having a hard look at themselves too..

Ah Jaysus I don''t know. I mean 9 months ago they were fecking singing opera and lifting the trophy.  Surely he deserved the chance to try and save them,

As for the players, I suppose this is an object lesson to those who believe that hunger has nothing to do with performance.

They *probably* won't get relegated. Really bad move by them i think.

Dunno, they are in freefall, hard to get out of it.

They'll probably beat Liverpool now though.

Who are the candidates for the job then?

Mancini the obvious one, who else.

Edit - Martin O'Neill?

I'd love to see Klopp get the job

For the truly bored amongst you, scroll to the bottom of page and fill in the fixtures to get the final top 6..

A bit of hope for you Liverpool fans, they finished 4th in my table presumably on GD, above Utd and Arsenal

Chelsea 88
Spurs 85
City 82
Lpool 77
Utd 77
Arse 74

You are far too generous with some of those point totals especially Tottenham. I have Chelsea winning the league on a six point margin ahead of Manchester City. Liverpool and Manchester United to finish in the top 4 and Tottenham 5th Arsenal 6th.

It is a procession for Chelski.  I think Spurs will be second. But not within 5 points.
