1up1down!

Has anyone on the board had their club sign up to the online club lotto option through "myclubfinances"? We're looking for ways to increase income (like all clubs!) and this was mentioned. If anyone has a view either way on it, it'd be much appreciated.

Any info helps like ease of use, profit after bank charges etc.

Cheers.

Folks

Has anyone any fancy aps or the like for helping with ease of lotto sales. We are keen to get some online functionality to try and increase sales.

Any tips or advice welcome!

Yeah we were looking at this as well a while back 3 or 4 years ago. We contacted a few clubs at the time, but no-one seemed to be making much monedy with it.  We decided that it wasn't worth the expense. Things might have changed since though

From a users point of view it is very good. You can play weeks in advance and the results of each lottery you've entered are emailed to you after each draw, and compared with your own numbers, and if you win the cheque is with you in 4 or 5 days.

Looking at using myclubfinances for online lotto and membership. I would be interested in hearing from anyone currently using it. Is it bringing in any additional funds.

we were using "gocardless" and it worked a treat but then they pulled the plug on us as our lotto was deemed gambling by them.
We are now using paypal but they're not as good for that sort of stuff and requires more manual intervention from a club member with a bit of knowhow in that regard. People set up DD's for 4 weeks, 10 weeks and 20 weeks I think were the options we offered with an automated email telling you when your ticket had expired.

We were getting sales from far and wide based on a fair old push at marketing against a major project.

Best of luck

Square Ball

We use Klubfunder for registration, ticket sales for ballots and events plus club gear orders. the registration is a tad annoying sometimes but a lot easier than doing nights. We use stripe and pay around a 1.5% charge. It also does lotto and last man standing for fund raisers
Hospitals are not equipped to treat stupid

TeamFeePay is an option we're exploring, think they use stripe.

Did anyone go ahead with one of the options mentioned? Would be interested in feedback.

A plus for Klubfunder here - great service for free - only cost is gateway transaction cost, e.g. Stripe.

Club takes membership payments through it and online lotto. Also has facility to take payments for draws and fundraisers like Last Man Standing.
