Am I right in saying some of the Fianna boys are playing on there 6th Senior Final? They might not be that easy beat?

If you include a replay in 2016 then I think yes the likes of Kane, Kerr, McNally and Toner are now on 6 finals since 2007.

Some service from those lads and you'll do well to find better more consistent club players over the last 10 years

On the panel question, I think the championship has shown what depth we have. You could literally take 10 out of the current squad, replace them with 10 not currently in it and it wouldn't take away from the overall strength.

The Fianna will do well to replace Kane and McNally with the same quality of player when they decide to hang up the boots.

They wont. Could see Kane managing Tyrone one day, would have the pick of underage/development appointments in years to come when finished playing.

He might go back to Brackaville to finish out his career.

Give Dromore credit for a brilliant display of togetherness unlike the Reds to many showboaters imo.When the going got tough several of them hid from the action.

Kyle Coney
Conal McCann
Ruari Sludden
Daniel Kerr
Aidan McCrory (one of our best players from last 20 years I might add!)

Add in a few U20s, nearly men / club journeymen e.g. Plunkett Kane and the 20ish players not covid positive and we'd still have a decent squad.  Surely picking a team from this, and probably getting beaten heavily is better than conceding the match or risking covid +ve players?

Can see where you are coming from but pubs are open so they are allowed to be there. I would ask what is the point in playing the gaa calendar at all ilthis yer if you are not allowed to celebrate after winning a trophy. Isn't that the whole point of it, winning and them celebrating your hard work by enjoying yourself.

You could say they could go out after they are knocked out of the championship but in reality the enjoyment of winning ulster would be gone and you would be out celebrating a defeat.

Celebrate away by all means, as the times we are in with 4/5 missing the Ulster Final a more careful approach may/should have been taken, no point yapping now when this approach was not taken.
