Depends on how you look at what se did or didn't do, she beat the system or did the Americans have a bad day?

Her tests were negative before during and after. I can't recall whether she set World or Olympic records, I know she came from nowhere so that's the first alarm bell and there were others, it's like saying Bradley Wiggins was not under suspicion for his golds at the Olympics or Mo for that matter.

A lot of people think their fellow nationals can do no wrong. The same Americans who went after Smith gave a free ride to Angel Martino a proven drugs cheat who picked up 2 gold (relay) and 2 bronze medals at the Atlanta games.

I reckon there is a lot of drug cheating going on at these games, they just are not being caught.
