Dublin a big game for both teams now. It's the kind of game we have got to before and got hammered. We're better prepped this time I think though.

Also Dublin have dropped their level quite a bit, I think genuinely we have been the better team over the past number of years despite the results.

Physically Dublin have been on top but their standard of hurling has been similar, Antrim need things to go their way to get the result in Dublin

If someone  is clearly  drunk while entering the ground , can they not be  refused entry?

There  are other events/establishments  people would be refused entry to  in such a state, so why  not a GAA match as well?

Stewarding needs to be better..

But the jovial attitude towards young lads 'enjoying' themselves usually gives them a bye ball

Teams need to stop taking the ball into contact with Limerick

They need to get past that half backline, they also need their attackers to defend like dogs and stop allowing Limerick out with the ball

Referee's need to come down on the throw ball, Limerick are flat out doing it, with Cain Lynch the worst culprit.

Lastly teams need to match Limericks fitness levels, the games last 70 plus minutes and the good teams are fading away around 60/65 minutes.

Easier said than done I know, or they will just have to wait till this teams is finished

Not sure! Most likely up there though. Not often we post 5 or more goals in a game.

Antrim beating Wexford tonight is very interesting. Dare we dream to win JMD and meet them in the All Ireland preliminary quarter final! 
Antrim would probably need to beat Dublin in Parnell Park on May 11th to accomplish that feat.

Laois definitely have the winning of this tournament in them, but would wait till after the win before getting Antrim.

Carlow have done really well considering no points but have not shipped the heavy defeat that Antrim had last week so when we meet our advantage is a home game against them.

Dublin are not going to take us lightly either so would take an even bigger result away from home to gain third for us.

Anyone asked the folk in the Ulster Council driving the Casement project how they feel about the  current proposed capacity for Casement given the crowd numbers for the various provincials this year and the talk about possibly shifting the provincials to before the league?

You'll get capacity crowds for finals and better grounds 

Nah, Spurs are done.  Their form has collapsed, and they still have to go to Anfield, host a very focused City, and to go to Chelsea too, which is rarely good for them.  Wouldn't be surprised to see United pip them for 5th.

Hopefully we can go to Dublin and perfrom something close to the weekend. Massive shift all over the field! Paul Boyle back in club action i see. Hoefully could add something off the bench as we probably are slighly light.

Paul had a great first half yesterday, and steady in the second, so would be great to spring from the bench.

Big result for the lads, but probably not a shock even with the performance the week before in Nolan Park.

Strange that our best players on the day all have played very little in the lead up to the game.

Maybe something to be said about freshness.

The draw between Wexford and Dublin could prove crucial.

I don't know if its strange or that they needed a game of intensity to realise that the standard required at Intercounty is something different.

They don't become bad players overnight, Kilkenny didn't relent the whole game and we coughed up chance after chance, so as we have done many times in Championship, we ship a big defeat and move on.

Wexford would be seen as lower end tier one and to get the win at home instead of a glorious defeat is refreshing, Dublin have had our number for a while now, so won't be coming (especially after that result) with thoughts of a handy win, Carlow was still the game at the start and still is, Galway will want to rack up a score too when the come to Corrigan.

So managing the games will need to be priority, getting something out of the Dublin game and beating Carlow would give Antrim a chance at finishing 3rd, allowing you a qualifier spot to reach the quarterfinals?

I know these are facts but we are good at negative spinning

They're statements, not spin. I, for one, was delighted for the two lads. Lowry, in particular, has been struggling with his putting this year and it's a couple of years since his last win. McIlroy has been going on recently but has to deal with the fact he's being overshadowed by Scheffler.

My comment was a follow on from stating that I didn't believe there was a hope in hell of Trainer making that putt, as it was by far and away the most important and pressurised putt of his career, as evidenced by his lowly ranking. He missed it badly too. So shove your begrudgery comment up your hole.
