CS I'm an antrim man. We'd a good win against Tipp though they did give us a few problems which was worrying. I think Sligo might be too much for us so Wexford a big game for us. It is 2 go through and not 3 right?? (3 going through in a 4 team group like the sam maguire is ridiculous).

I aw Rossa maybe a month ago. They were ok but nothing special. They'll need quite a few back to be challenging I would say but O'Brien, Walsh and McEnhill anyway would definitely boost them. In their defense it was an away game and I don't think they travel well.

Our best and most high profile games should be available to all grass roots GAA members via our national broadcaster. It was one game. When the knock out stages and the finals are going this way then you need to complain. Don't forget that, probably, one of the main reasons the hurling would have been on GAA GO would have been because RTE were showing the provincial finals. That is not the case. Sure GAA Go more or less stops at quarter final or before.

This is being overplayed just because a good match wasn't live on RTE. There were a goo few other ones - e.g. when Wexford beat Galway which was massive and was on GAA GO no one was saying much. There is a load on tv. My da falls into the older person bracket who doesn't get GAA GO (I could get him it but he would torture me on it) and my Ma says he does nothing but watch football or hurling all weekend and that's without GAA GO so just shows you. There is GAA flat out.

It is surely a stepping stone. It's not really dear at all and you would expect it to get dearer over time. I think they are dipping their toes in the water to see how it takes off.

The GAA are not a poor organisation however there are significant overheads as Burns is pointing to so they continually need to be on the ball with generating revenue etc.

TG4 most likely doesn't have the money though.
