The U-16 league had 1/4 Finals but seen today there that the U-14 League is straight to the semi-final stage.
I think it usually depends on the number of teams in the groups at each level. At this time of year, with championships still to play off they will likely go straight to semi-finals.

Onthe40

straight to semi finals... ccc started 14 & 18 competitions too late,,and can't understand why they didn't have 2 games a week at stages like they did with the 16s
u13 competition that was touted now not happening either as no time for it

championships still to play at both grades so lads will be playing right up to late Nov/Dec

Trillick with some performance to beat Dungannon well tonight. Full value for the 5 point win.
Cut off Donaghy and Quinn inside and Dungannon hadn't the scorers from elsewhere.
Rory Brennan, Sean O'Donnell and Richy Donnelly all especially excellent for Trillick.

Yep big win for the reds tnite.. have laid down a marker for the final ..

Fully agree. Trillick had all the big performers tonight. Could have won by more. Clarkes very disappointing. Like last year v Errigal - no plan B in place. The 3 players mentioned above plus the no12 Gray were really good for Trillick when it mattered.

Yea that's why he was given the job cos he knows nothing. Wise up seriously. Attacking a man like that !

Think Paddy Hunter is a decent commentator. Might get 1 or 2 names mixed up but sure so do RTE commentators in big games.

Moy very impressive there will be some final

I hope our near neighbours can still finish the new pitch after they put the whole fund on themselves to be all ireland champs  ::)

What am I supposed to do with a thousand Clonoe All-Ireland Intermediate Champions flags now?

Colm Cavanagh was outstanding for the Moy. He's too old now to go back to County football but at same time felt he probably hung up the boots for Tyrone a year or so too soon when he did.
Think Moy will win the final now by 3-4 points.

The Tyrone champions whoever it was going to be are going to have a very difficult game against the Armagh champions (most likely Cullyhanna) in Ulster so all this talk of Clonoe going far was always a little premature.

I feel Pomeroy have the men in defence to do a job on the 2 key Moy forwards
