Any Dublin based lads wanting to play Adult football in 2013 ??


We are Geraldine P. Moran's GAA club based in Cornelscourt, Co. Dublin.
We are near Foxrock, Deansgrange, Cabinteely, Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire, Stillorgan, Monkstown, Cherrywood, etc. and have a good mix of local and country lads incl. lads coming from various parts of the city.

We play Junior football and are putting in a push to get promoted in the coming year. If you have any queries PM me here.

Our underage setup is starting to filter promising footballers through to our adult team but we would like to strengthen our team/panel for the season/s ahead. Last year we finished 3rd in our league, knocked out in semi final of championship and were pipped in cup final after leading throughout ! A good welcoming atmosphere pervades in the club, at training lads from country clubs train with us and feel right at home.

With the new season almost upon us and with the introduction of the black cards etc. we are looking for new players to add to our current small squad in the push for 2014 glory !

We play junior football and won league promotion in 2013 after a long season. We have lads coming from the city centre and beyond to play and train with us.

We're having a player meeting tonight/Thursday upstairs in the Magic Carpet pub in Cornelscourt at 8:30pm for anyone interested in playing in 2014.

There will be a presentation by a referee on the new rules and black cards etc.

Not at all Séanie, we're just looking for a few extra players here in Dublin to supplement what we have already. We have local chaps that have grown up playing with our club from underage and just need extra bodies so that we have a full compliment to pick from over the 2014 season.
