Lads,

A local lad has been missing since Monday night. Him and his car hasn't been seen since. A lot of concern for him.

He car is a silver/blue shaded Toyota auris that had "Ted Brennan motors" on each side. Reg is 09 MN 6569.

Last seen in Castleblayney.

It's been widely reported on rte and on social media. Can I ask that people share this info and keep an eye for the car. And lead or help is badly needed.

Paddy is 35, with a heavy beard and slim build, about 6ft tall. A wife and young family waiting in news.

Picture and details in RTE report below.

Thanks

Cant see pep leaving Munich. Why would he!!

United need a complete overhaul and City wouldnt have the stature of his 2 clubs to date.

Jose to PSG and Ancellotti to United/City is a more likely scenario in my book.

Why would he hand his notice in at Barca either?

We're in the middle of an overhaul in case you'd not noticed :-)

For my money Pep is City bound, why else would they have kept Pellegrini at end of last season

Richard Keyes will explode if Pep goes to City, he's been saying it for about 18mths at this stage.

With talk that Pep handing his notice in at Bayern and leaving at end of the season will these mean that the 2 Manchester clubs, Chelsea and maybe Real (can't see that one) sitting tight until end of the season with the current gaffers with the hope of getting Pep in during the summer?

Family Guy had their Empire strikes back episode on BBC3 last night.

Its super.

Blue Harvest (A New Hope) was on Monday night, so can assume the 3rd one will be on tonight!!

EDIT: just checked and It's A Trap (ROTJ) is on tonight at 11pm  :)

Super, cheers!

Jedi is a bit rubbish. All Ewoks and Harrison Ford making it painfully obvious that he didn't want to be there. But Star Wars (is it hipster to refer to it as A New Hope or hipster to not refer to it as A New Hope?) and Empire are brilliant. When the likes of Fritz Lang and DW Griffith started mucking around with the new fangled medium, those films were what they had in mind as the end point.

What is not to like about star wars. Just the greatest (And I mean the original 3, the 3 prequels are wiped from memory).

Really looking forward to the new one as it goes back to its roots. Me and Bingo Jnr heading to it over the holidays.

I was a massive Ewok junkie and had a vast collection.

My eyes lit up in Smyths recently when I seen the Ewok village in Lego and I will get it when I get the box room sorted and a table in it to put that baby together. Followed by the falcon, the death star......

Ewok village was nearly on Santa's list but like you we really need the room and table sorted.  I'm really tempted to invest in some of this to make sure the Falcon stays in 1 piece!

;D

I'll just lock the room and keep the destruction crew out!

Who gives a flying fcuk which one is a Catholic club and which isn't.
It's not like being Catholic is anything to be proud of.

It matters because they excluded people of a certain Faith, they brought Religion into the equation, they were as bad in their own way as Rangers, it is a part of the legacy of the Club, a negative but they righted the wrong so nothing to see here on this score anymore.

That should have been obvious to you ffs!

Utter utter drivel. But that's to be expected.
WTF religion got to do with football apart from a few looking to make football about religion.
I don't think Liverpool or united had any Muslims playing either. What does that mean?????

This place can be a right misery pit recently.

Souness was a dirty, hard player. Lovely tackle here from his Rangers days.

He also broke a Romania players jaw in a European tie at Anfield but its off camera.

My favourite tackle was Steve McMahon and Vinny Jones in that FA Cup final. Jones goes in late and hard, McMahon goes down but both players straight back up and get on with it.

How the fcuk Fergie won that last title is still one of the great sporting mysteries.

He was a genius, that's how Shane. Boys on here, who have forgotten more than your average so so Dan on here wanted rid of him in 04/05. Madness in the extreme, the man is the best there ever was.

You've mentioned that several times.

A lot of fans wanted rid of him, thought his time was up. Maybe you're not aware to what extent of how much he'd taken his eye of the ball, missing training sessions to go visit his horses etc! Maybe you were supporting someone else at the time!

Results and performances had been average for several years. Fergie needed a kick up the arse and got one from Keane after the Boro  hammered us 4-1, look back at the results straight after that match. After been poor for 2 years our results and performances all of a sudden were that of a championship winning team and continued for the next three and a half seasons.

I have been a united supporter for 45 years son, I do not need to have my loyalty questioned by you or anyone else!

I was aware that he went awol at times, he had a tremendous coaching staff that took the vast majority of the training sessions anyway, the man is a natural born winner and was the absolute boss at OT so if he wanted to take a day or two off he took it, feck me, just admit you were dead wrong and move on.

I will put it in the simplest terms as I can, you have Fergie and you wanted rid of Fergie, go get help.

You tell him  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  ::)

Evertonians will tell you that 100% of Liverpool fans are from Ireland.

50% Ireland, 50% Norway.
