In fairness it was a bit of crack!! He even had MJ Mort on his boots in tribute to Jackson. The only concern I have with it is that he spelt the name wrong, Micheal!!

What sort of shape were the London Team in?

Mairtin MacGrath from Ballina is training them this season. A serious operator. He was involved with Mayo under Maughan and MacHale. A great man for the tackling grids!!

Myself and my brother have recently set up a Sports Nutrition Company called Elite Nutrition. We are promoting and selling Bio-Synergy Products to sports Clubs in Ireland.

A large number of Irish sports people are already using our products. Bio Synergy products are used by Jim Kilty of SAQ Ireland and Setanta College, who will have no problem recommending our company or our products. Derval O'Rourke would have used Bio Synergy right up to the time that she won the World Championships. A number of county football and hurling panels are using Bio Synergy products including Armagh who would have used numerous Bio-Synergy products when they won the All-Ireland in 2002.

We believe that nutrition is key cornerstone that every team must consider and we feel that our products will meet the needs of today's Club or County Hurler or Footballer.

Pure Energy may be of interest to the Gaelic Teams. It is an isotonic drink similiar to the major brands, but gives a slower more consistent release of energy. Other isotonic drinks have a higher GI giving a sudden burst in energy followed then by a lull.

For anyone lifting weights, the benefits of protein cannot be overestimated. Whey Better Protein has 0% Carbs and 0% Fat, It is the only protein powder on the market with such a balance, allowing players to build and maintain lean muscle. It is over 85% Protein ensuring that players get the essential protein that they require.

Essential Sports Fuel is also a brilliant product for use, especially as a meal replacement or directly after a tough training session in order to ensure that players are getting an adequate supply of carbs, protein, HMB and L-Glutamine. ESF was developed with the British and Irish Lions.

Bio Synergy Products are manufactured for clinical testing with the University of Ulster in order to ensure that they are rigorously
tested and have the scientific evidence to back up all the claims.

If anyone wants any further information on our products please don't hesitate to drop me an email on gary13@vodafone.ie and I can send on further information.

Thanks for your times guys.
