O'Neill and Hurley combine.

Last time Donegal conceded 4 goals anyone?

Shouldn't be in Croke Park these games, no atmosphere. It's like watching a public training match. Top plays 4th at home and 2nd plays 3rd at home would be more sensible.

Or just  have 1st play 2nd and you would have an extra weekend to give to the club players in the top 4 counties in Division 1.

Yeah good game so far with some excellent scores from both sides. Donegal look the more likely winners though it's a game that either team could go on to win if they decided they wanted another league more than their opponents.

Cork really needed the goal when they did, as they looked like they were in danger of letting the game drift away at that stage.

Neither side look too worried about result.

Totally agree - will be interesting to see what sort of subs come on for both sides in the second half.

Hawkeye worth a point apiece to both sides.
How the umpire couldn't see that is strange to say the least!!

Yeah in both cases it was chronic umpireeing.

Pace and space available closer to what you expect to see at the opening of a pitch somewhere.

very slack goal to give away from Donegal.

4 Donegal defenders casually jogging back there when Dorman was bursting through.

A world away from championship fare

Good game so far. Donegal winning around the middle, hence they're ahead.

With Toye and big Neil on the bench too .....

Cork's kickouts a massive issue for them.

This fixture has fairly captured the imagination, hasn't it?

I know it's 15 minutes to kick-off but the pictures on TG4 show a very small looking crowd at the moment

I did think it was funny that in the two crowd heading into the stadium montages there wasnt one identifiable Cork supporter (they did show a Cork flag but no actual supporter and being a cynical soul I can't help but think they just took a picture of a Cork flag from outside a pub or maybe a hard-core flag-seller.

Edit: Good news - the camera-man managed to track down a Cork supporter or two heading in there.

Well done to dingle the best side won, if ever we need to know why Kerry sides have won so many All Irelands it was seen once again in the final 7 minutes today. Credit to the Roscommon students they probably weren't expected to win the Connacht title but today they were leading the All Ireland final with 7 mins to go and missed a few other goal chances.

After the goal went in for CBS with ten minutes remaining, the reaction from the Dingle lads was fierce composed. The benefit of their experience stood them massively in this spell.

I think the wide tally of 15 to 5 or thereabouts gives a lot of insight into the game.

If the Kerry lads had their shooting boots on it could have been a much more comfortable win for them.

As for the comments on the ref, I thought he had an extremely solid performance.

Le'ts not rewrite what transpired before our eyes only a few minutes ago. Most of Dingle's wides were caused by them being unable to break down CBS's defence and taking pot shots from bad angles and bad situations in frustration. It wasn't them missing sitters against a much inferior team.

No it's wasn't a case of them missing sitters against a much inferior team, but there's no doubt that Dingle were the superior team on the day and by quite a bit in my opinion.
