After about 40 mins, the Italians had 256 passes completed, we had 83 and we're jeering when the Italians give abad pass! Bit ironic.

Italy were doing shag all as well until they scored. That doesn't equate to playing someone off the park. That's what Spain did to Ireland.

I'm more disappointed by the Irish lads not having a clue how to attack and exploiting a 4 attackers against 3 defenders.

I stopped following Ireland in football around 2003 and almost 10 years on despite different managers and players we seem to play exactly the same way. Nothing seems to have changed.
