Clubs elect the committee/board,and I think each association elects a member,eg Mid Ulster,Fermanagh and Western,Co Antrim etc.I don't think every Senior Club has a board/committee member,it's the individual associations which means Junior Football has a disproportionate influence.Well remember a Wee Junior club I played with in Lurgan getting a £10 cheque from the IFA in 1982 after the World Cup Finals.

Always a good uptake from both communities and in Portadown at the moment Mickey Collins from Ardoyne, and a senior star back in the day with both Cliftonville and Portadown,is currently playing junior football for Rectory Rangers, from a staunchly loyalist area in the town!😀
