Scenario:  The three Ulster teams entering Round 3 avoid the losing Ulster finalist.  Can Down, Monaghan and Tyrone all win the next day (against Kerry, Mayo and Wexford)? 

Can the losing Ulster finalist beat Kildare? 

That would put 5 Ulster teams in the last 8.
