I'm not sure what you're getting at here Seanie, but McGee, very untypical as a journalist, is definitely not the sort to make something up because it suits him.  I know the man, and he's as straight as they come, probably to a fault.

Declan appears to have been selected at left half back - he never played there for the county, and he plays midfield or centre forward for the club.  I s'pose the main consolation is that it could have gone to the guy who plays LHB for the county.

Eh no, but maybe North Longford has something to say on this front.

Glad to see we got one 'prize' this year.     I hear only 4 players turned up at the AGM - it's going from bad to worse.  Ardagh reckoned we were the worst team they'd played (anywhere) in five years.

It would appear that it would seem well worth their while registering in both NI and ROI.

What if the Ulster Council is also VAT registered in Mexicoland?

Shamrock Shore is likely to know the score on this one - I'd have thought that maybe sporting events might be VAT exempted or VAT neutral in Mexicoland.
