Would Charlie Vernon not be an option at full back?
He's big, strong, mobile and reads the game well.

Bad time to have a match, so wouldn't be sure how many will go in support. Horatio will probably go and I would hope Candyman will be inside the wire. I will be taking notes and asking questions like, "is wide with an 'i' or a 'y'?"  :-[

Sure there was sandwiches and everything in the clubhouse for yez and not one ventured in  :o

Now you tell me!!  >:(  Eh....what sort of sandwiches had yez?   ;D

I'll get a report up tomorrow - have to say though; thoroughly enjoyable game of football, with the result in doubt right down to the wire; draw probably a fair result - played in front of a very big crowd too - maybe Saturday evening matches are the way forward!!

Did Jimmy Joe not eat them all? :D

Did you know that Tommy doesn't have any mirrors in his house............he would tell his own reflection lies. :D

Tommy has jumped ship because he's a grade a DICKHEAD ......he falls out with members and all the Harps are to blame.

Just goes to show you the Ogs would take anyone........it's not that long ago that the spy Moir was slagging them off to anyone who would listen.

He also thought that GAA constitution was when a footballer couldn't go to the toilet. ;)

I don't know how the Harps woll cope with this loss. ::)

Who could possibly replace Tommy..............no one tells lies like him............

Talking to a few Ogs lads and they say they plan to have "Tommy on a spit" day at the official opening of Pearse Og park. :D

Even blind faith has it's limits - when, ever, did Leeds lose at home to Sheffield Wednesday?!?   :-[

And to make matters worse, that screwball Dennis Wise appears to be undermined further with each passing day. The man he installed as his captain, Kevin Nicholls, based on his attitude and commitment, has now had enough, and is looking the next flight out - to go to that top outfit - Luton Town!   >:(

I know I shouldn't say it, but can it get any lower?

Wise could always sign JP Donnelly! ;)

There's a saying "water will always find its level"...........I believe you have certainly found yours tyrone-r-shite.

Just because you have a difference of opinion with certain members of the club, doesn't give you the right to try and rubbish them on here. Instead of staying and fighting your corner you chose the easy option.

You might still consider yourself a Harps person at heart...........but I doubt if anyone else does.

PS good luck in the Junior championship.

Just heard this morning JP Donnelly trained with the Ogs last night without his transfer going through.  I believe the reason he's looking to move to the Ogs is "he wants to win something"!!!!!! What is wrong with this child????? ???  Should he not be looking a transfer to Cross?

Personally I think he went to last nights training because all the talk of the transfer had died down, and he wanted to be the main topic of conversation in the town for the next few days.

Attention seeking w@nker or just w@nker - You decide ;)

Just heard he has signed for loughgall  they don't have any Judas c***ts on their books yet.

Thought Armagh's best player was Enda, JP did well, Toal showed glimpses of class, but very disappointed in Armagh's distribution, especially when coming out of defence. Nippy was disposessed too easily and kept running into cul-de-sacs, but I would still persevere with him. The forwards (apart from Toal) ran around like headless chickens.

Realisticly very few on show yesterday will cut the mustard come c'ship time.

"Anyway on another issue what are your definitions of a hard man?"

I think Paul Berry has the answer to that one! ;)

Typical pub talk. No transfers from Harps to report.
