it's on Match of the day now will be interesting to see what they make of the tackle?

You'd probably get a fairer assessment if the tackler had a foreign name.

Was a mistimed tackle - no malice in the challenge - IMO

Agree totally, Shawcross took a bad first touch and went in to redeem the ball, no malice whatsoever, ramseys foot unfortuately was  planted on the ground which resulted in the horrific break.
Beer, now there's a temporary solution!!!

Arsenal have a handy enough run in - could they possibly win it ??

Minder

You see far worse tackles ever week, usually not with that result. I had a feeling Wenger would want him castrated.
"When it's too tough for them, it's just right for us"

To be fair to Wenger he did apologise for his comments in the immediate aftermath of the Eduardo incident 2 years ago. Spur of the moment stuff.

Jaysus open your eyes. BBC ask him 'what did you think of the tackle?'. Then they run over the Pulis and say 'Wenger says.....'

Shite journalism but people buy it.

Wenger never sees a Arsenal player doing a bad tackle, yet since he's taken over Arsenal they must have a record for the most players sent off?

Why, what did Wenger say he wanted done to Shawcross?

A full blooded challenge but not a malicous one. Sorry for young ramsey and hope he makes a full recovery. The fact his foot was planted on groung, give him no chance and he was simply too quick for shawcross.

Unfortunate it has happened to Arsenal again but some of the paranona from them and on this thread is uncalled for. They'll see it as the want.
