Great weekend (results wise) for the Gooners!

ONeill

I thought Arsenal played far better minus Wilshere at the weekend.

He plays tonight and the same old problems emerge - threading balls through a needle stuff.
I wanna have my kicks before the whole shithouse goes up in flames.

ONeill

Derby tomorrow - Spurs expecting nothing  - fear that.

Interested in fellow Gooner preferred line ups. Much debate over Sanchez/Wilshere.

I'd go for

Whatever back 4 available

Arteta-Ramsey

Alexis-Cazorla-Ozil

Welbeck

You'll regret not signing Zigic yet.

I am the only who thinks Ramsey has been a bit meh! this season. Would start Wilshere and the Ox ahead of him and Arteta.

ONeill

I think that's harsh on Ramsey.

Not at the same level as last year but playing a much more defensive role, very close to Arteta.

Ox injects urgency but his crossing is chronic. Wilshere is approaching luxury material. I've no faith in any English player at Arsenal.

6 years of injuries.

When did Arsenal move to Ashburton?

Every Friday I check this table - http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php - and Arsenal are always top 5.

Arsenal have changed medical teams and S&C teams yet still are getting injuries. Physiology Arsenal have more technical smaller footballers than the big physical athletes you see playing for Chelsea, Stoke, Man City etc. With practically two games every week it could be a case Arsenal's less athletic players can't recover as quickly, also Wenger's team seem poor at injury management, how many times as Wenger rushed players back only for a new injury to occur? Is it coincidence that Arteta and Ramsey were just after recovering from injuries and are now out again?

What's been the story with Sanchez the last couple of games, dropped or injured?

mrdeeds

Some reckon Wenger thinks Sanchez not direct enough. Slows the build up down.

The injury situation is tough. Kos slight knock Ramsey 6 weeks Arteta 3 weeks. Joining others. Wenger hopes BFG can play next two and rest during international break.

Maybe try Coquelin holding midfield and Bellerin right back. Chambers can cover centre half. Perhaps throw Hayden in?

All other areas well covered but were an injury or two from disaster in defence and holding midfielder. Diaby or Jack could maybe played there either. Not looking forward to Chelsea game.

Was Wenger not responsible for signing him? He's an expensive sub and more importantly it's killing my draft team.
