....utd will slip up again so it is now up to liverpool to continue their form right to the end

Based on what?
The scousers have a history of slipping up

well out for the villa game will be vidic, scholes and rooney so you could ask yourself where can you see any improvement (on current form) coming from in that game ? saying that utd could go out and thump them!
i just have a good feeling on how they are currently looking that they can slip up again...that is only my opinion but

And possibly Berbatov, but Villa will have no Friedel.  Much will depend on how O'Neill can lift Villa.  I know from a Liverpool perspective the international break is an inconvenience, but from a Villa point of view it might help them get focused and have a rest as they looked very tired over their last few games.  They might go into the United game with a bit of pride to re-establish and you never know another ex 'Pool man in Heskey may do us another favour ;D

The result on Saturday was fantastic and over the game itself and the tournament as a whole Ireland are worthy Grand Slam winners.  O Driscoll has been magnificient and Kidney's decision to maintain him as captain and in the face of public discontent and behind the scenes concerns between the players over his role it was a very brave one.  O'Connell is getting back to the form he has shown previously and the likes of Heaslip, Ferris and Bowe have been immense.  O Gara showed that he has huge balls when push came to shove and his kick will be immortalised in RTE adverts fro the next 10 years.

Now, to put a different angle on things and I don't know if it has been mentioned already as I haven't read through things.  Does anyone else feel that Jones pulled his kick?  He is a seriously professional player and one of the ones you would put your house on.  The kick was far out, but not so far as he wasn't able to do it.  It was straight in front of the goals.  Wales were not going to win the championship, they would have won the Triple Crown, but that means nothing really these days.  It was a nothing kick from a Wales perspective.  He normally goes through a routine but he seemed to rush through the kick, it was away nearly before the cameras went back to it.  That is very unlike a kicker who is giving it his full.  Only my opinion, but perhaps he saw the opportunity to do something nice for fellow professionals and realised that on the day Wales did not deserve it?

BCB duno why but I thought you were JF at a time!  ;D

You'll get a slap for that >:(  Only joking, I don't know what is funnier the fact that you made an arse of yourself, or the fact that you thought he might have an internet alias ;D

We were pretty close over the years, probably due to our similar diet requirements(chinese and beer), and a fondness for making text book tackles and not giving the ref lip :P

He may be out of the first leg, but he will be back for the vital away leg in Stamford bridge.  Clean sheet at Anfield vital and ideally a lead.  IF it is nil against in Anfield, I reckon that they will go through.  When is Bennyoun due back?  If he was fit for the first leg you might see Rafa going 4-4-2 with him on the right and Kuyt supporting Torres.

BC, is Yossi winning you back round after you and a number of others proclaimed him shite not too long ago? He is a vital player in my book.

I always thought that technically he was a very clever player, I just didn't see him fitting into the way Liverpool were playing.  he has been the best player since the turn of the New Year and he is an important player for the season run in.  he is definitely a better option than Dirk on current form.

I've met so many I can't remember the half of them.  The funniest one was when I thought I met Brokencrossbar in the Canal Court one night.  I knew BCB was a former Cross player so I did my sums and got them totally wrong and was talking away to another former Cross player about something called a GAABoard and a Broken Cross Bar which he had no clue about!  :D

Good man Aidan, big tall red haired fella by any chance?

HAve met a few, cicfada, Boots, Lynchbhoy, St Pauls, full back,Goldenyears, stared down Rufus's eyes when sticking the ball past him(only kidding).  I know I have met a few more of the Armagh lads, but I am just not sure.  Heganboy would have been in Mrs BC's company a few times as they had a few mutual friends, and I 'd say there are a good few others I have run into on and off the field.

Haven't a notion who isyourboydownyet but will take him at his word that we have clashed.

I have at least 3 div 1 medals if not 4 as well as a div 2 medal but what did we do in the championship (feck all) bar 1 final. So the league means jack shit infact i couldn't tell ya where my medals are, haven't seen them in years. A senior championship medal is the only one that counts and i don't have any of them...( >:()

I always thought you were on the squad in 1993-94, I must have you mixed up with someone else ;)

League tables don't lie and Harps were relegated, regardless of a decent Championship run.

Welcome aboard Apres.

However, that is nonsense. In Armagh club football League tables do lie. Firtsly, for a lot of clubs thier league team does not resemble their Championship side.

Secondly, Cross have only a couple of leagues over the 13 years (does anyone know by the way exaxtly how many?) so another reason why they lie.

Harps have went down, Ogs have went down, Clans as well, Dromintee flirt with relegation more often than not recently, they are all still amongsat the top teams.

I think I may have 4 medals corn, definitely 3, it could be more, I'm not sure.  I think we have won at least 2 since I left so we won at least 5 and possibly 6.

Both Cadbury's Ulster U21 Football semi-finals will take place on Wednesday 1 April (2000 BST).

Donegal's encounter with Armagh will be played at Ballybofey while the Down v Tyrone clash will be staged at Newry.

April bloody fools day is right!!!  An 8pm throw in in a mid week game in Ballybofey, the Ulster Council are a shower of idiots!
