Laois / Re: Midweek Fixtures

Matches fixed fir 7.30 midweek is crazy and unfair on lads working in dublin or further afield.looking down through league tables the amount of walkovers been given is staggering.Would love to see the leagues restructured with only about ten games ,14 fixtures is way too many for division one teams .also cant understand why more games were not fixed for clubmonth in April]
] when they didn't clash with exams, county 20s or holidays

Good win but sligo were brutal,o carroll was excellent hes really on fire at moment.Barry had an excellent debut great vision and cool on the ball, still a bit light but hes very young and id prefer come championship he plays under 20.We sermed to concede every short kickout to then which was a bit disappointing.i see laoistoday said scullys shoulder was 50/50 from my viewpoint it was s bit reckless and mistimed

If only the gaa hadn't of messed around with what were perfect age grades, saying that plaois giving a walkover is alarming

I was disappointed at the poor representation from Portarlington. As a club, they should be very disappointed as well. They may have a lot of young players, but they seem to be going nowhere. That a town of its size could only manage to have one player on view says much about them............Bshit shitstirring comment While port only had two playing a further three were there but injured, one was abroad on holidays and another couldnt get off work .Young slevin and mohan who were prob portbs better players this year werent called in

Apart from tullamore your naming towns that dont have a big gaa history and are mainly commuter or rugby towns, newbridge and portarlington are two towns with 2 clubs.plaois for the size its become should have at the very least a second juvenile club

Article above says laois need to beat meath by 25 points, seems to me while still highly unlikely a 13 point winning margin would see them through
