Corofin v Caherlistrane
Milltown v Salthill Knocknacarra

And Intermediate football championship down to the semis

Corofin odds on favourites to win Connacht again but i'm going to predict the winner of Castlebar v Ballintubber to go on and win a Connacht title this November. The Roscommon winner could win the Intermediate Connacht title again as i think Tulsk,Fuerty are probably as strong as previous winners Michael Glaveys,St Croans was.

Farrandeelin

Leitrim v Mayo/Sligo in the SFC semifinal. Must be Ros v Galway/London.
Inaugural Football Championship Prediction Winner.

Crete Boom

Ballyhaunis and Tooreen are in the Mayo hurling final.

Rossfan

Ros SFC Strokestown  v Brigids  and Clann v Ros Gaels.
IFC  -  Tulsk v Oran and Fuerty v  Kilmore
JFC Ballinameen v Clann B and Michaels v Kilglass.

Super Nige manages Strokestown.
Davy's given us a dream to cling to
We're going to bring home the SAM

Farrandeelin

Belmullet v Burrishoole in Mayo Intermediate final. Breaffy through, Mitchels and Tubber replay Sat at 7pm.

#8
Galway SFC semi final draw

Corofin v Annaghdown
Mountbellew/Moylough v Salthill or Milltown

An Spideal v Micheal Breathnach meet in the intermediate final. Two neighbouring parishes (the two home pitches are probably less than a 10 minute drive from each other) so that one will be tasty.

Belmullet v Burrishoole in Mayo Intermediate final. Breaffy through, Mitchels and Tubber replay Sat at 7pm.
Good hour drive from Burrishoole pitch to Belmullet pitch and only pass 2 club areas in between, not too many places in Ireland you can say that about.

how far back towards Achill does burrishoole  go? mullranny I believe used to have their own club once nut presume it with  burrishoole rather than achill now

Achill parish starts just west of Mulranney as you get on to the Currane peninsula. You just skirt Achill parish and pass by Ballycroy & Kiltane before the bright lights of Belmullet by going that way from Burrishoole GAA pitch in Newport.

EDIT: Mulranney play with Burrishoole.

Easkey seen off our crew in the junior final as would have been expected. Better team obviously but we missed chances that might have made it a tighter game. They are not the team of older days but it'll be interesting to see how they get on in Connacht.

Senior final tomorrow, in a local derby it could be a tight affair but you'd be inclined to think that Tourlestrane will prevail. The final being played in Enniscrone will make it a novel occasion.

It's  very sad to see a once great club like Easkey down in the junior division.  I wish then well in the Connacht championship.  Hard luck owenmore I hope ye make it o the next level next year, we need our big towns to be at a higher level. I hear the pitch is great
I used to be indecisive but now I'm not too sure.
