Glen v Slaughtneil clearly the pick of the quarter- final fixtures.
M'Felt v Swatragh
'Screen v Ballinderry
Coleraine v Loup.
Loup camp must not be too happy at the minute with their manager exploring other avenues for next season already.. (not in Derry might I add)

O'Hagan got it wrong on the line today.

Has to take a massive amount of the blame. The lad who played the last day in nets, is he not supposed to be an actual goalkeeper?? If so you would think he would've saved that weak 1st goal. Also the kickouts were continously poor and he must have given Trillick 2 or 3 points easy

Was Mc Neice injured?? Because unless you actually lump the ball into a 6 foot + full forward he becomes redundant, thich Coalisland didnt

Trillick the much better team, Kane was outstanding but compare what Trillick got from their county men to Coalislands .......

Dungannon never say die attitude was top drawer, although Errigal were so so poor, laboured and slow. Will make for a better final
He also took off a lad who was playing relatively well for missing a free kick?? Panic stations?

The 2 Westies down as favorites with PP. I thought betting would be much closer. Trillick 4/5 & Coalisland 11/8. Errigal 2/9 & Dungannon 7/2.
An East Double would pay out almost 10/1.

That's very good odds.

I would give Coalisland the edge against Trillick who might have some injury worries - R Donnelly only lasted 20 minutes last week and Daire Gallagher was not fit enough to start.

Errigal also have big injury problems too.
I would definitely have Coalisland as favorites! Obviously, Errigal are favored but Dungannon should definitely be lower odds than 7/2, that game is going to be very close. They have had to grind out two Championship wins and will be coming in very confident. Dungannon also haven't been beat this year.

So is there spectators in at the double header in Omagh or not?
I would guess that unless you're a committee or family member of one of the four teams you will struggle.

Anyone any idea what's happening at weekend. Trillick and coalisland could cater for 5,000 on its own hopefully county board see sense and allow some spectators in. Be awful for a game of that magnitude to be played in a friendly atmosphere
Unless the restrictions are changed (very unlikely) only 400 tickets will be allocated. Which will mean less tickets again for clubs as it will be divided in 4.

Still think its the stupidest rule that the players are included in this 400.. As if its not ridiculous enough already that only 400 people are allowed into Healy

Is it not 400 tickets per game? Officially they're two separate games and therefore would be allocated with the normal amount of tickets per game?

At least that's what they could say to get around the GAA's restrictions.

That just about sums up  some  peoples' attitude !€

They would still be following the Executive guidelines to be fair!

Ulster GAA imposed a restriction of 400, seemingly picked out of thin air, just to appease Croke Park and the 26 counties.
Why, what are the actual guidelines?

It'll be a short enough inter county season, Donegal will win if it's not moved anyway.

The lad has probably just answered honestly, not major news. I would imagine 99% of players probably thinking the same.
Surely the wet ground shouldn't have that much of an impact? Can't be that bad that you don't want to play?
Most inter-country grounds would have great surfaces anyway

Darren McCurry hoping the inter-county season doesn't go ahead??? Surely this isn't a good mindset for us?

I heard it was 400 for both games, however I could be wrong.. Hopefully I am, in normal times them games would attract some attention

Any of you lads thought about taking up the whistle?

Ah the classic line used to absolve Referees of any mistakes/bad performances.
Yeah that cures the incompetence

The new breed of referees in Tyrone aren't good enough. Campbell and Eanetta love being centre of attention.

Eannetta is still 10x the Referee Campbell is.

Stephen Campbell refereed Gortin v Eglish last night and he was just awful. I don't like to criticise referees but he was truly terrible. Near ruined the game.
Eanetta ain't great but Stevie Campbell is a complete clampit, whoever give that man a whistle needs their head examined

Eanetta could not see Dromore winning after them beating Omagh. As soon as he got Errigal in front, he knew he had to blow it. Hasn't a clue..
That being said, complete joke the way the dromore supporters acted.. Regardless of the result or what the ref give or didn't, that can't be happening.

The Rock have a chance if its a bad weekend. Dry day, Edendork will take them easy enough. Eglish look to be in the way for the whole thing, they are going rightly under the radar.
Are Eglish ready to come up again though? Very young team, with very little senior presence.. Possibly better to stay in intermediate for a while. Otherwise they will end up like Galbally & Pomeroy yoyoing up and down this past few years

They might have a very high profile return come the end of this year from what I hear....

Don't start this craic again

Intermediate is shaping up as expected. Gortin, Greencastle, Edendork and Eglish progress to QF's. I expect Edendork to dispatch Rock fairly handy and Gortin to progress as they have previous experience over Eglish at this stage. Is it open draw for Edendork and Gortin going into Semi? As they'll like to avoid each other I'd imagine

Edendork head and shoulders above anything else in the division

Wouldn't be so sure of this. Hackett and rock have been talking a while now about doing a 'tattyreagh' and they are still on for it.
They would continue the 'tattyreagh' and get relegated instantly, is there any point? Only team in Div 2 that is a capable senior team is Edendork
