Right folks  ... let us hear yous. There is bound to be a lot a comments on the carryduff game. 3 carryduff players and their manager sent off. Disgraceful... If that had been kilcoo the message board would have crashed.
Are you joking! If Kilcoo had 3 players plus a manager rightly sent out it would be viral and the usual Dark Arts/Win at all costs bull would be the issue. But when it is the other team the referee is the problem!
Every red was justified and in fact some of them should have been straight red and also to be balanced he did miss a black card for Kilcoo near end.
Carryduff definitely missed a chance to beat a well below par Kilcoo

Fair play to Glen, what a performance at the start then did enough to keep ahead. Looked that wee bit hungrier and fitter than Kilcoo. Thought Ward was a massive loss at half time. Glass with an inspirational block on Branagan late on.

Haven't read on here but what did everyone make of his interview, wonder what was said that went too far. Ward was at him the whole time

I saw the interview and was at the game but with so much going on hard to see the incident(s) he was referring to it would be a good game to watch back on TG4

I was at the game and have since came home and watched it again. The tv doesn't do the intensity or ferocity justice to be honest. There were incidents happening all over the place but the tv is following the play. The intensity in the last 15 minutes was incredible both on the pitch and in the stand.
Glen's start was something else, they had serious intent early on and deserved their win.
💯 hi intensity game, a lot of stuff going on both ways and some no doubt crossed the line. Bottom line is Glens first 10 minutes won the game! Fair play, now go and win the AI and dethrone the already pronounced champions

Well done glen, superb ulster champions and hope they bring the Andy merrigan cup back to the province!!
Kilcoo have been top class ulster and all ireland champions and have given their club some unbelievable memories that won't be taken away!

Here, what's the situation around the MOT test now?

Mine is up mid May. Will probably get a reminder early to mid April.

At this stage, how long of a delay is there?

Mine is up at end of March, booked and paid as normal and got a slot on the 12th. Just got an exemption form in post today which is valid until end of July. Money to be refunded and up to me to rebook before end of July.

They are a club with little or no class
The way they conduct themselves on the field is nothing short of disgusting
Carr stood up the the sledging and the club run to the PSNI
They may be dominating Down football but the lack the class of the great Bryansford team of the 70s the brilliant all Ireland winning Burren team of the 80s and the swashbuckling Bridge team of the noughtys. Gloating on social media really makes the apology to the young lads family sound cheap. The manager has form for this behaviour.
As far as I'm aware this case was not taken by the Club but by the individual (It was a Civil Case). More FAKE news. Worse than TRUMP!!!!

The sad thing in this whole thread is that people spout shite and others take it as gospel, half truths, half facts, total lies mixed in with an element of truth/fact.
Kilcoo as a club had nothing to do with court case so people coming on saying otherwise are incorrect and need to wise up! Yes there have been some unsavoury incidents this year but this thread is unbelievable with the vile hatred of the most successful club in the county this year by some stretch.
Everyone needs to look at their own club who no doubt have their own issues regarding supporters and or sledging. I have been at a lot of club football this year and have heard and seen quite a bit of bad behaviour and I can tell you now for a fact they weren't all from Kilcoo!!

Booked through Hotwire and got 3 nights in the Husa President Park Hotel for approx £160.
Seems a grand 4 star hotel in a more pleasant area of Brussels as far as I can see. Cheers. Lesson learnt about lastminute.com, some of the properties on there are suspect to say the least, needed to do more homework before jumping!

Cheers folks, think i will follow screenexile and book a brussels hotel with hotwire, our original hotel was beside Gare Du Midi which I think is an area to avoid at night, so will look at booking nearer the Palace etc... Thanks for info

Looking a bit of advice, booked a couple of nights in Brussels with lastminute.com but after looking into it, the hotel is a sh-thole so I am going to just book another one.
Has anyone any recommendations for hotels in Brussels, me and the missus just going over. I am tempted to book Bruges instead. We are flying Ryanair into Charleroi

Bruges is different class mate but relatively small touristywise. If youre after plenty to do you will run out of options pretty quick but if nice food, scenery, architecture, churches are more your line it's brilliant. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza which is 100m from Market Sq, it was as good a room as I ever got in a four star hotel.

Brussels did nothing for me, we spent a couple of nights there on same trip, but I'm sure others will speak glowingly about it .

Cheers Boycey
Can you mind what hotel you stayed in in Brussels??
Bruges sounds like what we after, a few nights away to clear the head with a few pints

Some absolute bull being talked on this thread. The Kilcoo lad was wrong and it can not be condoned in any way, rightly so he played no part in today's final. But if anyone thinks this is a problem only associated with Kilcoo they are deluded! It is widespread in the game and needs to be addressed centrally. Happens in every club and county going back to the infamous ricey from Tyrone and further back. My own daughter at underage level has been the victim of sledging ffs!
On the game today, it was a good game and a draw was the fair result.

Question..
I have a 1.8 Galaxy 2008, there was some confusion over whether it had a wet timing belt or chain.
We replaced the timing belt and tensioner at 120k miles, there is a chain at the bottom of the engine do they give problems?? Would it need changed?
My mechanic says they are not worth changing in this age of car as they don't give any problems

What happened at the lgfa intermediate final on Saturday?
What I did see was Conor Lavery running all the way round the pitch to abuse the lineswoman who had advised the ref to give a yellow card to a Kilcoo player. It was unnecessary and unsporting and a really bad example to young players, as Kilcoo were much the better team and never in danger of defeat.

Need to be very careful before launching a personal attack!! It was not CONOR laverty!!

The sooner he heads to Monaghan the better it seems. Not been a good couple of weeks for him it seems.
Think this could be a case of mistaken identity

Definitely not; I've always admired Conor Lavery as a player, and Kilcoo as a club, but this behaviour was a very bad example to young gaels.
Sorry to be clear it was not CONOR Laverty, definite mistaken identity!!
