Just back from game
Cross were just that bit cuter but crupps are young and if we can keep the team together we can build
Was proud that we stood toe to toe with cross and didn't back down
Felt we had to work harder for frees around the nets but all in all
Cross always stayed ahead of us and move on in Armagh.

Cross struggled a bit under the high ball, that's where two of the cruppens goals came from. Maybe pearse og s could try this.how is ronan clarke after yesterday does anyone know?

fitzroyalty

Didn't rate Cruppen and haven't rated them for a number of years but they've fairly put in some shifts in the championship. 7 goals in the last two games is some showing and by sounds of things gave Cross a scare. Just the relegation battle to get out of the way now!

Anybody fancy giving updates for the Down Championship games?? Would be greatly appreciated.

tonysoprano

False alarm. Just noticed updates are on twitter though I am unsure how regular they will be.

Gareth Clarke netted to give St John's hope but they had Niall Ward dismissed late on as St Gall's won with ease.

Loughgiel will be chasing their third straight Antrim hurling title when they face neighbours Dunloy in Saturday's decider at Casement.

Dunloy's preparations for the final are reported to have included sessions taken by Clare manager Davy Fitzgerald.

While the Cuchulainns are underdogs, one suspects that they may fancy their chances of upsetting the All-Ireland champions.

Loughgiel are reporting a clean bill of health with key forward Liam Watson certain to be among the starters.

Friday night also sees football semi-final action in Tyrone and two quarter-finals down for decision in Down.

Killyclogher and holders Dromore replay their Tyrone semi-final at Omagh (20:30) after a 0-5 to 0-5 draw last week.

The winners of Friday's game will earn a final meeting with Errigal Ciaran.

Friday's Down quarter-finals take place at Pairc Esler with Saval facing Maybridge (19:00) and holders Burren taking on Longstone (20:30).

The two remaining last-eight ties will be at the same venue on Saturday with Bryansford meeting Rostrevor (18:30) and Kilcoo up against Castlewellan (20:00).

There is speculation that Australian Rules star Caolan Mooney could line out for Rostrevor against Bryansford.

Sunday also sees the Cavan Football Final between Kingscourt and Mullahoran at Breffni Park (13:45).
