Good luck to Cavan as they go on to represent Leinster in the All-Ireland series!

Cavan winning the Leinster Junior Football title is obviously a unique result.  Surely thay are the first county  titles in 2 provinces.  I see from the record books that they have won 14 Ulster JFC titles, the last one in 1984.  Their only All Ireland win was way back in 1927.  Hard to believe that Kildare are one of only 10 counties that have never won the All Ireland JFC. BTW I wonder was SJ at the match tonight.  I doubt it somehow.  Who would he be cheering for?.

Who gives a f**k where he was. We have plenty of talented footballers who love their county. I hope sj spends a lot more of his time watching cavan win things.

I am not defending Seanie Johnston at all, but thought it was very appropriate that Cavan should beat Kildare in the first match between the counties since the start of the transfer story.  Maybe the whole saga gave a extra edge to the Cavan players tonight.  Congrats. to them anyway.
