jaysus I HATE backing internationals (especially friendlies) cos the subs are limitless, tackles are non existant some of the results can be random (like the spanish going down 2-0 in the 1st place) league football is the best games to stick with, even cup games can create a shock due to weaker teams being up for giant killing headlines etc

friendlies are dodgy but qualifiers are easy enough to predict IMO. I'll not be comfortable betting on league stuff until a few weeks time to see teams' form develop.

yeah draw no bet, you if your team wins you get the reduced price, if it draws the game is a push, if it loses then as per a normal accy, its game over.... ie Celtic to beat Arsenal at home tonight is 14/5 but on the DNB option its only 7/4 but at least if its a draw your money is still safe... (although this could be a risky enough bet the way Arsenal ran through Everton on Sat evening, I still think at home in Europe they won't lose)

Fancy Arshavin for Player of the year but 8/1 isn't value IMHO.

It's not a great time to be backing teams. I'd try to stick to europe as 5 Favs pays 3 or 4 to 1 and they are seldom turned over.


Also another one for the acums at this time is the Half time draw. There were 17 half time draws in Championship, L1 and L2 on saturday.
