Very impressed by the work ethic by this team....left O'Moore park with a warm glow

Nerneys timing impressed me and strength on the ball
Kelly is growing at corner back
Thought the forwards pressure and work rate was outstanding

Moore is a gem

Luttrell big catches and angled runs(some of them weren't spotted)

Positive all round roll on tomorrow night

What structures have Monaghan in place that has them successful?

Laois problem is the county is split 50/50 in terms of football and hurling and on top of that half the population is in Portlaoise and there's only 1 club there

Agree totally with Butch.......Not enough quality out of our major towns also.....Portlaoise have slipped a bit,Portarlington,Mountmellick

I am in complete agreement re numbers/talent being brought forward....a disgrace

Systems and organisation just not up to what is required...What is Mountmellick doing I dunno?

Seems to be quite a young side .....Are they working towards u20's?

Moore has a hamstring, missing quite a few others too so wouldn't look into it in huge detail....Players were missing

Hugely optimistic about this year

Really love the way Creedon talks about the county and players on the media.

Find it hard to believe that my own club man sean byrne wasn't even in for a trial with the u21's. Probably one of better county minors n two years of senior club football behind him
Strange alright. Fine player.

I have only seen Byrne in the minor games to be fair....my opinion would be that his workrate is a bit lacking...gassed very early against Offaly and Kildare especially Offaly. A huge amount of ball came straight through his channel
