General discussion / Re: Hangover honey.

There is no helping me with hangovers. I just have to suffer. I rarely get a sore head but my guts are in bits. Can't eat or drink anything. I am completely useless for the whole next day. Tried milk, tried drinking lots of water before going to bed... Can't see this honey being a miracle cure.

Went to see the little fockers in the cinema over the holidays. Very much the same as the other two so if you enjoyed them, you'll probably enjoy this too. Some good laughs. Brought our daughter with us, probably not very suitable in hindsight

Got a knee injury two weeks before the marathon a few months ago. Decided to go to up and running to get a gait analysis. Found out I was using the complete wrong running trainer. I need support on the arches of my feet as I tend to pronate as I run which can wear on your legs over long distances. Worth getting done and is free if you then buy some trainers.

I have a wee bet done on the pats at 14s and I think that is looking ok at the min. I also have the saints in a sort of sweep with my friends. They're struggling through so I hope one of them

With the new year approaching I thought I'd ask a question about fitness. All you runners on here, what way do you measure the distance you have ran? I have been using runkeeper on the iPhone for it's gps but have found that it, along with the iPod going quickly snuffs out the battery. Looked at those sat nav watches but they're about 100 bills ffs

Worst night OTY, hate it. NYD on the other hand is great, it's like boxing day without the huge crowds, punting, bit of football & topped off with the darts, class  pub day 8)

Agreed. My new years day is going to involve gambling, five aside football and some drinks that evening. Start the year as I mean to carry on

Havent been out on new years in ages. When I was out it cost me a fortune to get into a disco I would go to most weekends anyway for half the price. People over drinking and there was always lots of fighting.

I prefer to stay and home and see in the new year with my family.

Thought he came across quite well. I was tipped off that he would be full of himself before I watched this but I didn't think this was the case. No more than any county players I know anyway.

The fashion sense was weird but each to their own

It's handy enough. Has he wifi in the house and if so is his ps3 already connected. If not there is an option on settings to scan for wifi signal. Find the correct one, follow the setup intsructions and enter the WEP/WPA key. Once connected you have to then sign into or register with the play station network... Create a gamertag etc it's an easy enough step by step process if I remember right.

Once registered/signed in. Start the game and select multiplayer. Simples

Christmas music reminds me of groundhog day. Must be the easiest time of the year to work in radio
