Not a single Ulster game covered this year, despite the fact that the games attract crowds of around 10k.
Is there any chance TG4 will showUlsterclub final?

Bad recession outside of Ulster so TG4 saving the other provinces money by showing their games.

I'd say Glenswilly and Ballinderry in the Ulster final will be on TV alright.

Omagh I would imagine for the venue ?

superbad

I find it a downright disgrace that there was not one game from the Ulster series shown live on TG4. Absolutely unbelievable, given the teams involved and the crowds involved. Kilcoo V Crossmaglen and Ballinderry, all unnoticed.

With an understrength Cross, this year's Ulster championship has been rendered pointless.

And rightly so. Ballinderry & Glenswilly ffs......a bad year.

Exactly,an understrength Cross that Tg4 wouldnt be interested in broadcasting......thus twenty thousand actually attend a quarter final !!

Radda bout yeee

Watch it on UTV then instead!!!

TG4 have given terrific service to the Club Championship, and throughout the years have given fair coverage to the Ulster Club championship.  This is the first time I can remember that the Ulster club championship has been a wee bit short changed.
However, by showing Cross v St Brigid's in February 2013, TG4 have already showed more Ulster club football in 2013 than BBC & UTV have in 50 years.

A Munster hurling Final not being live on TV would be unthinkable.  All Munster Finals are the greatest games that ever were. The country will come to a standstill, crime rates will drop, Sunday shopping will be put on hold between 2.30 and 4pm as Thurles is Meccafied.  Everything else pales into insignificance, even the All-Ireland Finals.  Shure everyone knows the pyrotechnics of a Munster final cause player burnout in February.

Then the match will start and we will wonder what all the fuss was about. As we do every year.

Has to be a big motivation for them....They should pin up a TV guide in the dressing room.

A picture of Enda will suffice.

Any chance our leader will risk the Hyde for this Connacht final?

There has been two live football games since the provincial series has started, and two live hurling games. You'd have to be daft to infer a bias in anything there. You don't see anyone whinging about none of the Leinster football games being broadcast, it's just the nature of the beast - they do what they can, and I'd be one of those who thinks they do a pretty good job.

Bit annoying the way TG4 are not showing much quality football (Crokes games have been 3 cake-walks really) and seemingly not being inclined to travel north of the Midlands either..no Ulster football game for example. Is it budget constraints or do they not have the rights to Ulster games or just not get the viewers or what?
What was extremely weird was they never showed any highlights of the Galway football final, which is what 10 miles from their HQ..not that it matters, it was shit, but struck me as strange.

Ballinderry would beat Antrim.
