Report that to the police immediately. I'm serious. If Jerome Quinn gets sacked for comments about coverage then how can someone not be at least reprimanded for that bollocks?

I made a comment telling them to cop on it was my first comment even though i have been a member there for 3 years and it seems i have since been banned. Anyone else have access to it? dont know about the Police though is it that serious? its a bit scummy alright but i'd say its half in jest?
Feelings are running pretty high on OWC at the moment - it's a hugely emotive issue and NI fans are hacked off by the decision. If you made your first post after waiting for 3 years, they have every right to suspect that you're trolling and consequently to prevent you accessing the site.

Well I got banned because my cousin picked ROI instead of NI..Had to register a different account to see all the vile hatred they posted about him....

Played 18 tonight in Grangecastle.
On one of the holes I landed my ball on the green in a fine spot to make a birdie,as I came up to my ball a dog that had been running around the course,(but causing no trouble in fairness) went over to my ball and picked it up and ran off with it in his mouth.
He dropped the ball about 50 yards away so I was able get it back, just wondering what the ruling would be on this?
I put my ball back to as close as I and my playing partner thought it was before the dog took it,but didn't mark a extra score on my card, should I have or should I have played it from where the dog dropped it?
It was only a friendly evening game but I just wondered what would happen if I was playing in a competition.
I missed the birdie putt   ::) btw

You replace it as close as possible to where you and your partner think it was

BALL AT REST MOVED

If your ball is at rest and it is moved by you, your partner or your caddie, except as permitted by the Rules, or if it moves after you have addressed it, add a penalty stroke and replace your ball.

If your ball is at rest and is moved by someone else or another ball, replace it without penalty to you.

As some of you know Bud is a budding potato farmer and this year I stuck down a few carroot, leek and lettuce seeds along with a few heads of cabbage and there dother week I went up and the frigging rabbits had done a Mike Tyson on the lettuce, bit all the ears off and chewed them up along with the carrots.  I know it was rabbits because what I did was I climbed into the composter that was a new unsoiled one I had just bought and I hid in it for four hours after drilling two half inch holes at eye height to watch the b**tards.

Now, I can't shoot them because I am not allowed to fire a shot in a built up area in Tallaght, although it sometimes seems that almost everyone else can fire at will, or shopkeepers or post office staff, or the wrong people in banks.  So I am after making a few snares which is a lot cheaper than buying rols of rabbit fence.  Snaring rabbits and skinning them is a lost art in itself and I don't want to snare them unless they are going to be eaten.  So basicly I am looking for an outlet like say a Green Part Conference where during their morning coffee break I would arrive with the big long pole over me shoulder and the little bunny rabbits with their legs entwined hanging from it and give a demonstration in skinning them before serving them for lunch.  Maybe there are butchers that would take them from me, I wonder duz anyone know anyone at all that would be glad of a few rabbits and I will throw in a head of cabbage or a few spuds as well.

Send them down to Tom..He will "take care" of them for you.

Trapattoni names squad for Argentina
Tuesday, 27 July 2010 17:14

Republic of Ireland manager, Giovanni Trapattoni, has named a near full strength squad to face Argentina in the first international game in the Aviva Stadium on 11 August.

Goalkeeper Shay Given is named in the squad, following his recovery from a dislocated shoulder, while the likes of Damien Duff, Richard Dunne, Robbie Keane and Keith Doyle are all included.

The squad also features eleven players who took part in the summer training camp in May with Cillian Sheridan joining the up with Trapattoni's men after the Under 21 game against Estonia on 10 August.

Giovanni Trapattoni said: 'It will be a special occasion for everyone to be involved in the first ever game in Aviva stadium and Argentina will be a test for our players.

'The game comes at a crucial time in our preparation for the European Championship qualifying campaign and we must use it to strengthen our squad for the opening qualifiers against Armenia and Andorra in September.'

Republic of Ireland squad to play Argentina in the Aviva Stadium on 11 August: Shay Given, Keiren Westwood, Joe Murphy, John O'Shea, Richard Dunne, Sean St Ledger, Greg Cunningham, Kevin Foley, Marc Wilson, Stephen Kelly, Paul McShane, Darren O'Dea, Kevin Kilbane, Keith Andrews, Glenn Whelan, Darron Gibson, Paul Green, Liam Lawrence, Aiden McGeady, Ande Keogh, Damien Duff, Keith Fahey, Keith Treacy, Cillian Sheridan, Robbie Keane, Kevin Doyle, Caleb Folan, Shane Long

Good to see Wilson named in the squad. Would be a great occasion to make his debut.

Just got my ticket. North stand block 135 row c...Right behind the nets in the smaller stand

Would any of you claim against somebody in your own family?

Rhetorical question, but the reason I bring it up is that a pal of mine is a Solicitor who was telling me that he has a client who is claiming off her da's insurance for a minor accident. The aul fella is absolutely livid and says that she'll start civil war in the family if she goes through with it. What a bitch!

Depends on the circumstance's...If i was off work for say 3 mths or so my work would not cover my pay if i did not claim. They claim my loss of earnings from the insurance company. I think if one of my family knew this they would expect me to claim and vice versa.

Funny story my brother in law told me....He works in the council and was talking to a protestant fella in work about voting...Any way the protestant fella asked him about who he voted for? (me personally would have told him to mind his own business) but the bro in law said trying to be diplomatic " No way would I vote for SF I'm workers party all the way" He didn't know who they were...LOL Thought they were like the SDLP or labour party...Lol...I nearly wet myself laughing when he said the guy's face nearly dropped and he hadn't a clue why!!!...lol

The C**T that lives over the street from me is at this carry on all the time... Around Jan this year around the big snow some young girl about 17-18 slid the car on the ice about no more than 2-3 MPH in to her car.. Not a mark on the back of her car...Out come the Police ( as if they have nothing better to do than this) Little did she know that I was looking out the window and seen it all. About 3-4 days later out she pops with the brace on her neck and all...The woman wasn't even in the car at the time she was half way down her path and ran up when the young girl hit the car... The young girl had only just passed her test and didn't even realise what was going on....I took great pleasure in sinking her!
