Richarlison could be looking at a few games in the stands for throwing that flare if it is done right. He didn't just lift it, he threw it back into the crowd. Elliot got a warning for lifting it but Richarlison did throw it back towards the crowd. That's pretty stupid and serious.

Player throws flare into crowd is pretty serious. "Picking up a flare" doesn't quite cover the act or it's potential seriousness.

I not sure what the punishment is guided by here but this is a serious offence and difficult to imagine that anything other than a lengthy ban is coming the lad's way

There's also the possibility of a referral to the police. Jamie Carragher got a red card for throwing a coin back into the crowd v Arsenal and was also referred to the police. Can't see the latter happening but a retrospective ban should really happen for Richarlison. Could be the sort of thing that ends his season

Don't remember the Carragher incident and am only now becoming familiar with the Elliott issue but this is very different from the latter.

No real interest in Everton but do like Calvert Lewin. A lot could rest on him as Everton do have winnable games but I just can't see Richarlison being involved

Smoke bomb, wasn't a flare, that asides he is a wee shít, but he's the reason Everton have the slightest chance of avoiding relegation.

It is being investigated by the FA and there's a possibility of a 3 game ban. It was stupid and if he gets a ban it could really impact on the battle to stay up. If he does get a ban and everton go down then I'm sure everton fans will be raging at him. If he gets nothing then no big deal.

And the Barlinnie Brawler is such a paragon.....we can all throw shite. Suarez rightly got banned. He doesn't play for the club anymore. He has nothing to do with the club anymore. Get over yourself!
