Wow! What a big 3 points that could turn out to be.
When you think you're fucked you're only about 40% fucked.

That lazy bollocks iwobi can do something useful when he bothers his arse it was a well worked goal. Seamus's pace maybe be gone but still loads of heart - he won the ball to lead to it.

SHEEDY

Massive win. Great to see Goodison in full voice again. Never a red imo.

Big, big win that didn't seem likely at all, Everton very limited in the final third throughout, Richarlison is better out left and DCL isn't sharp enough as yet, in recent weeks he's failed to get onto crosses that looked certain for the net otherwise, but fair play, he laid the ball off for Iwobi to slot home.

As for the red, definitely a yellow and right in front of the referee, so why the need to go watch the slow motion on the monitor as no clear and obvious error was made, heck even Alan Shearer thought it was harsh..
That's him out for three games, hopefully VDB can be back for them...

At least Keane and Holgate held their own tonight, so hopefully they can build upon that, Seamus stole in to take the ball off Sain Maxima that set up the goal..

Still squeaky bum time for Evertonians

Big win but only if it's backed up. The key game for youse is the Burnley game. Win it and your safe, draw it, still dodgy, lose it and it's a real dog fight. Still think you'll stay up. Blessed by the fact that the bottom few teams are soooo shite!

SHEEDY

Not a good result tonight, need Leeds to stay in the pack, don't need them going on a run.

Well, better to be out of the FA Cup! Only a distraction in a serious relegation threatening season.

Smidgen of truth in that but you would still be worried that as soon as one is conceded the wheels come off incredibly quick

players are mentally weak and drop the heads as soon as things start to go against them, especially away from home. Major clear out need in the summer no matter what league they start in next season.

You often see that about clearing the decks etc but the reality is players have contracts and unless you can get a buyer for them they can just sit and take the wages. I agree that is what is needed but it will take a 3-4 seasons to achieve that

Everton won't get relegated.

They are 11/4
Burnley are 7/11

Liverpool were 22/1 for the title in January. They are now 2/1 and might just do it.
Theres every reason to think Everton can go down!
