There is a very good reason for that Angelo.

Complaince is waning, just think what will happen if the news all of sudden reports that most people who go into hospital get it from there.

The save the health service message dies.

So the government shifts the blame to the people to cover their own failings?

This should be major news, there are many people impacted by lockdowns and is the reason for lockdowns and all these restrictions that are having a huge effect on people's lives more government incompetence than anything else?

That's the reality of life, that's what they've always done. Sooner or later the people will get pushed too far by that message. I can see it coming, maybe not this month or next, but basically everyone and everything has been locked up that can be.

The Govt have little to no wriggle room from here. I expect you'll soon start to hear a different tune coming. You don't hear them talk much about track and trace anymore, it's shifted to "the vaccine is the way out".

Why should the vaccine have ever been the way out? Track and trace was supposed to fill the void and get the show on the road after the first lockdown and it was an abysmal failure.

There is nothing wrong with questioning your Government. In some respects, I think this might be the thing that finally breaks up Green and Orange politics in the North. I've never seen such unison in their distain between both to Stormont as right now.

Ireland will do well to get out of Cardiff with a win.

Get on the under points for that one.

These are adult players I am talking about.

But with things being how they are, there'll be a lot who just don't go back to playing without transfers and the likes.

Junior clubs will be under pressure to look at the recent Newtonstewart/Dregish combination.

Brackaville have lost a few, Clonoe and Coalisland gaining at their expense.

Killyman have lost a whole family to Edendork by accounts. Not a club that could afford to lose many players as it was.

I would say you'll be looking at McShane going back out round the middle with McKenna coming back into the fold. You also have Danny McNulty (if it works out) taking McShane role on.

Club Football isn't elite. They are bound by normal NI Legislation at moment, you can train as many times a day as you want, wherever you want (the guidance is 10 miles from home though), with one other person not of your household. So there's a right few breaches of that at the minute. But again I don't really see any harm in that - better out doing runs than in a house party I suppose.

Most of the Senior Teams will be training at this stage, but it won't be full on 30 or 40. That would be madness, word would go round like wildfire. Same thing, in small groups and in home gyms etc.

Not Garvaghy - it's out until the GAA let it go, but Tyrone are training.

Sure they are due to play in the National League in a month, as stands. What kind of duty of care is it to players to send them onto a pitch having no work done prior like the GAA is saying? I know it's amateur, but that truly would be amateur.

They are just right, in the North they are only breaking the GAA's rule on training anyway. Elite teams are allowed to train and play as Irish League still plays every week. It might be cynical breaking of rules but that's the GAA's fault for scheduling games and then stopping people train. Every single county in Ireland is training, it would be a complete failure by them if not to be honest.

Anyone attempted to go plant based/vegan for a period of time?

Initially the wife wanted to try it for a month so I said I'd give it a go and see if I'd feel any better. Well 3 months on and we've kept it up apart from eating meet once over xmas and having a couple of eggs although I'm still eating fish. I'd been suffering from dizzyness/brain fog the last 4 years and the cold and damp weather would tend to bring it on but have not suffered at all since I changed my diet which I suspect is down to giving up dairy and eating more vegetables. I've definitely got more energy and those those sweet urges I used to have have disappeared.

There might be the odd occasion where I'll have the odd bit of meat or have an egg but definitely don't see us going back to eating meat or dairy daily.

Paul Mannion switched to a vegan based diet a few years ago and said that when he was fully into it he noticed a major upturn in energy but it was a bit of a pain in so far as "go to" foods.

I've tried a few of these over the years, I went Paleo at one stage (I'd say 90% strict). It was a great one for leaning out during those motivated phases of training but eventually I knocked it on the head. I was doing it purely for sports performance.

I tend not to eat much dairy or gluten anyway, just by my own tastes but I do notice if I took a bit of bread or something in a sandwich i'd feel very heavy or sluggish in the hours following - I'm sure that is partially psychological.

I work from home all the time anyway but would find it difficult If was out and about and I'd have to be very prepared by bringing food with me. Pubs/Restaurants have all been shut since I switched so not sure what I'll eat when I'm in one.

Since my early 20's I'd felt tired or sluggish after every lunch/dinner I had, dads a coeliac so naturally I gave that a go but lost a load of weight I didn't have to lose.

I suffer from gilberts syndrome which had never bothered me until 4 years ago when I started to suffer from really bad headaches and brain fog, had some really long periods of brain fog since where it lasted for months. Should have given up dairy then as there's plenty of advice online that recommends it, feeling great the last 3 months which is the most important aspect for me so will be continue to keep at it.

Kinda a bit of a no go in Ireland. But giving up dairy completely makes you feel a whole lot better with a lot more energy. It's subtle, but there is definitely a better feel good factor when it's out of the body. I think so anyway. I accept it's sacralige in Ireland though.

Colm cab back in a training bubble?!!! No training in bubbles of any sort bar 2 individuals allowed at present so either story is bullshit or Tyrone are breaching training rules!!

You didn't come down in the last shower. They are all training.

Anyone listen to Ronan O Neill on TTM interview last night?

Thought it was a good listen. He openly said he wants a run at number 11 this year with Tyrone and feels that is his best position. He said he had been played there in all the trial games by the new managers also. Also said over lockdown he was training twice a day and has lost a stone and a half and is in the best shape he has ever been in.

Reckon he has a chance at making a name for himself in the 11 jersey? Or do you think there's more chance of him being a sub/bit part plyer as per the last few years?
Be very surprised to see anyone but Conor McKenna operating at 11.

I was told he was playing midfield in the trial games.

180 or so Countries and their Chief Medical honchos go with lockdowns/restrictions.
One or two 6Cos Gaaboard posters think that was the wrong approach.
But of course they're not giving us the benefit of their vast wisdom by giving an  alternative.

Unkinder people than me might think they're just spoofers.

You have a serious mental problem.
